I slammed the car door.
Today I was going to a boarding school for no absolute reason....
Well maybe there was a reason.
It wasn't my fault! Trust me.
Some kid poured mashed potatoes on me, so I sorta punched him.
So then I got sent to the principal's office.
And now I'm going to a boarding school!Might as well introduce myself. I'm Frank Iero.
Now that you know me, and how I got into this mess, lets get back to the story.
We got closer to the building and parked in a small little driveway out in the front of the school.
"Bye mom. See you when i get outta here." I waved.
"Bye! Have fun, make lots of friends!!" My mom shouted, and drove off.
I sighed.
I turned to the enormous building. I noticed something. Or... someone? Oh well.
I walked to the doors of the school and noticed that the thing was actually a person.
He looked over at me. It looks like they were crying?
"Uh... hello. I'm Frank." I said quietly.
He wiped his eyes. Was that eyeliner?
"H-hello... i'm Gerard..." he replied back. His voice was scratchy but at the same time as soft as silk.
"It's nice to meet y--" I was cut off by the bell. "I guess we have to go now?"
"Yeah..." Gerard said, getting up. He tried wiping the smudged eyeliner off his face but it didn't really work.
He was looking down at the ground, his shiny black hair covering his face. His hands were in his hoodie pockets and he was wearing skinny jeans.
Gerard was tall, to me at least, and if you were to ask me I'd say I'm probably gay.
"Are you in Mr. Stump's class?" I asked.
"Actually... yes." Gerard responded.
"Me too." I said as we walked up to Mr. Stump's classroom door. I opened it and walked inside.
"Sorry we're late," Gerard said a bit quietly as he went over to a seat.
I put my stuff where I needed to and we started class.
Later, during lunch, I tried to find Gerard. He wasn't anywhere in the cafeteria. I looked in the bathroom and the library and outside but nothing.
I decided to sit down by these nice looking group of kids.
"Hi! Who are you?" One asked.
"I'm Frank Iero... I'm in Mr. Stump's class..."
"Cool! I'm Tyler Joseph. I'm in Mr. Urie's class." The same guy said.
"I'm Josh Dun. I'm also in Mr. Urie's class."
"I'm Hayley Williams and I'm in Mr. Wentz's class."
They seemed like a nice group of people but they weren't in my class. After lunch, which was actually pretty good for a school, we went to our other classes.
After school, they announced our room numbers and our roommates. Finally they said mine.
"Frank Iero, Room Number 135, Roommate is Gerard Way."
I let out a sigh of relief. It was someone I kind of knew already.
I headed towards the room. I opened the door to find Gerard sitting down on the bed with a sharp blade about touching his arm.
I dropped my things. I wanted to cry. Even though I just met him. I didn't care. He needed help.I needed to help him.
