As I was led around the city looking around for anyone that I think would know Carlos, after about an hour of walking I came to the conclusion that the only person that could help me is a bar tender, people bear their sounds to these people when they drink. I asked my watch where the closest bar was, and it gave me directions to a bar called "Empty Bottles" it didn't sound like it would work out by I decided it was better than anything I had done. I got on to my motorcycle and drove about a mile away, as I approached the bar I realized there were no open spaces, it was amazing to see a bar's parking lot packed in the middle of the day. At first I was thinking people need to shape up but then I realized I was doing the exact same thing after thinking this I felt bad, but I was doing what needed to be done. I parked my bike close to sidewalk hoping no one would notice because I didn't plan to take a long time in there. When I walked in I got punched with the smell of cheap booze and cigar smoke. I could already tell I was going to hate it in here, I quickly found the bartender and headed straight for him, I didn't get 4 steps without someone bumping into me and thinking it was my fault. Pretty soon he was yelling and screaming like a toddler who didn't get the candy bar that he wanted from his mommy. I kindly suggested he sit down and have another drink, he growled a little then sat back down with his friends and decided to scowl at my back while I walked over to the bartender. The bartender was a middle aged man with an unshaven beard, he gave an imposing first impression which was odd seeing how many people came her I would have thought he would be a happy guy. When I finally got to a seat I waited for him to come over and talk with me or ask what I would like. After about ten minuets of wasting my time I waved him over he glanced at me finished serving a customer then came walking over to me. When he was right in front of me he just starred at me, he gave me the feeling he wasn't going to say the first word so I asked him a simple question, like what his name is. He said "my name is Charles, my friends call me chuck, but you can call me Charles for now." As I processed is unfriendly tone, after brushing it off I asked for a scotch and soda. He went to go make me a drink, as I waited I tried to think of the right time to ask him about Carlos he might kick me out or it could end up in an all out bar fight. I would rather not having either of those happening today or anytime soon to be honest. As he was bringing over my drink I came up with a plan I can order a couple more drinks act like I'm drunk and start asking that way no one will suspect that I'm after him. After I had ordered two drinks the bartender was becoming more friendly, but I don't know if I could handle another drink right now or I might not be acting drunk. So I decided to take a much lighter and cheaper drink, I asked for a light beer with a sly smile that probably didn't actually look like a smile. The bartender laughed very loudly and went to go get me a drink. Ok I thought I can handle this I just need to get through this beer without actually being drunk. I decided this wasn't going to be the best plan I ever had so I turned on a recorder in my watch just so I could go over this conversation later after I had gotten some sleep. I tucked the watch a little further down me sleeve just to be carful that the bartender didn't know what I was doing, then I put on the show. I started to sing along with an old song that was playing, I don't really know what it was called but it went a little bit like this "I'm waking up! I feel it in my bones. Welcome to the new age welcome to the new age. Then it scream WOOOAAH!" That's pretty much all I knew but I got everyone's attention they all laughed that is when I started blabbering about my fake life back in San Francisco, it was easy because both are big cities but different places I started to drop subtle hints about Carlos but before the gave me anything I could work with the exact same guy I saw from five years earlier it was the same burley man. I was so astounded  that we had some how we somehow met again, he looked over at me and chuckled then said "what up city boy" then he bought 2 shots for me and then 3 more for him. After that it was all just blank I woke up in my apartment to a phone call. When I picked it up it was the man from the bar, he said in his deep dark voice "get ready, were going out for a drive. And bring a damn suit this time man. You need to look classy for this." I was still hung over from last night so I didn't know exactly what was happening but I decided it was better than just sitting alone all day in my bed. I made some coffee took a shower and got dressed in a wool gray pinstriped suit with a back shirt with a maroon tie. Since I still had a massive headache I put on my black aviator glasses
to block out the sunlight. As I was finishing my coffee the guy sent a message to me saying he was right outside so I got my only gun it in my hip holster and walked outside and got into the guys car. I immediately asked where we were going and what happened yesterday.  He drove a nice Mercedes, with black leather seats with cooling seats, and a brand new modern interface. Before he would tell me anything he flipped a switch to put seat belts on us, and he started driving. We took a lot of turns and I quickly was lost in this guys car, I needed to at least know something so I tried to press him again. He asked me if I even remembered last night, but I obviously did not. I meekly replied saying "I'm sorry, but I do not have a clue with what happened." He looked down then he smiled and said "your such a light weight." I tried to defend myself but it was no use, because I couldn't even remember what happened last night. I submitted to him agreeing I was a light weight, he scoffed an arrogant scoff and said "I know you were, stop stating the obvious." I hung my head in shame as he started to tell me what had happened the night before. Apparently I found out where Carlos was, and I wasn't the only one trying to find him this man was also trying to find him for some reason he wouldn't tell me. As he kept telling me what was happening it very slowly started to come back to me, I tried to find out the time but my watch was missing I started to panic because that watch was everything to me not to mention, thirty thousand dollars. I checked all my pockets even though I knew it was impossible because I didn't wear the suit last night, then the man next to me said "you can have it back after we find Carlos." I was freaking out because I knew that he had my watch and had all of what happened last night. Realizing I had no choice in the matter so I decided I needed more than ever to find this guy. Before we were at, actually I have no idea where we're going yet and I don't know this guys name, even though he might get offended I asked what his name was, he said he goes by James. That was all he said, but it was definitely an improvement. We started to slow down and pull over in front of a really fancy art museum, this was unexpected seeing how I thought we were going to get someone with a bounty on their head and I didn't think he would be hiding out in a art museum.  Some how I don't think that is what we were doing right now though, and I was right because I say James put a very heavy duty looking automatic revolver into his suit jacket. Made me think that my little beretta was a little squirt gun in comparison. But it will have to do because it was all I had, James then said we were going to meet some prestigious client that was also looking for Carlos and some bodyguards lucky for me James had already accepted both deals, and kindly made me join him. As we walked into the museum I was taken back by how much are was actually in here, there was almost no walk slack and you had to walk in very precise locations so you didn't step in some of the art. Although the art was magnificent I couldn't pay attention to much of it I didn't want to get distracted while meeting my new "employer". We took a couple of turns and into the sculpture section of the museum there was a man around the age of thirty with a well trimmed beard he looked elegant like he belonged in the rich snobby group. Although it was a job and I could use the extra help let alone the cash. As we walked over to meet him James gave me a brief summary about him. He grew up rich but to his benefit he built up his own company of a new satellite that can find anyone anywhere if they go out side or in the open world.
