My Rose (Infinite Fanfic)

Part 4

Woohyun POV

B.A.P really gave a great concert and the fans seemed to enjoy it.

I had thought the fan service I gave during our world tour was pretty good, but when they rolled out the Starbaby barista trolley and gave out drinks to some of the fans, I felt that I would need to up my fan service game. 

Thanks to the VIP seat that Himchan arranged for me, I got to see Rose up close as she was working. She was so focused that she didn't even realize that I was right next to her. All I wanted to do was grab her and hold her, but I didn't want to disturb her while she was working. Plus, I knew that I would be able to see her after the show.

When B.A.P ended their show, I quickly made my way backstage before anyone recognized me because I didn't want to cause a scene.

"That was awesome!" I shouted as I entered the dressing room.

"Thanks" they all huffed.

"I wonder when she'll get here" I shook with nervous anticipation.

"Hyung, relax! You got this!" Zelo shouted encouragingly.

I smiled "Thanks."

Himchan POV

Zelo was right. Woohyun needed to calm down.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door. "Hyung" Daehyun whispered. "Hide!"

"Right!" Woohyun whispered as he rushed to hide behind the stage costumes.

Yongguk went over to the door and opened it. "Hello?"

"Hi! My name is Rose Bush" a beautiful young woman introduced herself as she stood in the doorway.

"Come in" Yongguk said as he stepped aside.

"Have a seat" I said as I smiled at her.

"Thank you" she smiled back politely.

"How did you enjoy the concert?" I asked her.

"It was great!" she blushed a little. "You guys did a great job! And the fan service was cool. I wish I could have gotten one of those Starbaby drinks, but I had to work."

"I could make one for you now" I suggested.

She giggled a little causing my heart to beat a tad bit faster. I can see why Woohyun in is love with her. I don't think any guy could resist her charms. "I appreciate the offer, but you don't have to do that."

"I don't mind" I smiled.

She smiled again and said "Thank you, but I'm fine."

Rose POV

I can't believe I'm really in their dressing room right now. Suddenly, I had a flashback to Infinite's concert and giggled.

"What's so funny?" Himchan asked.

"Sorry, I was just remembering something" I replied. "So, how do you guys feel about your second concert in New York? Do you think you were able to give the performance you wanted?"

"I always enjoy performing for our Baby" Daehyun answered with a smile.

"I think we can all agree that the concert went as planned" Himchan said.

"It sounds as though you aren't satisfied though" I commented.

"I think we all wish we could do more for our fans. A two hour concert isn't nearly enough to properly repay them for all the love and support they've given us" he answered honestly.

"I think all idols would agree with you" I smiled and then closed my notebook. Then I sighed as I said "Thank you all for your time."

"That's all?" Yongguk said as they all looked up at me in shock.

"I don't want to take up too much of your time as I'm sure you are all tired after giving such a powerful performance. However, if it isn't too much trouble, could I get just one picture of you guys?"

"Sure!" they all shouted as they grouped together.

I took the picture and said "Thank you again for your time."

Himchan POV

Is that really it? She's just going to leave now?

I quickly rushed over to her and asked "Want to grab a bite to eat with us?"

She looked back at me in shock, but then quickly regained her composure and said "I'm sorry, but I really should be going."

I saw Woohyun fidgeting behind the costume rack ready to pop out and surprise her, so I distracted her by saying "Come with us! It will be fun!"

She blushed a little and said "I'd love to join you guys, but my boyfriend is waiting for me outside."

"Boyfriend?" She has a boyfriend?

"Yes" she nervously smiled. "I really must be going." She grabbed the rest of her belongings and said "I hope the rest of your world tour goes smoothly." Then she turned and walked out the door. 

I watched as tears ran down Woohyun's face. I walked over to him and was about to try and comfort him, but he blew past me and ran after her.

Woohyun POV

A boyfriend? She has a boyfriend? I couldn't stop the tears from falling from my eyes.

I can't let it end like this. I quickly strengthened my resolve and rushed after her. I have to at least tell her how I really feel. Even if she does reject me.

I had just about caught up with her as she exited the building and was about to call her name when I heard someone else shout "Rose!"

I watched as she walked over to a young man. "Do you have everything?" she asked him.

"Yeah" he replied. "How did the interview go?"

"It was fine" she smiled. "I even got a picture to go with the report."

"Great! I think this will be one of our best articles yet!" he sounded excited.

"It's thanks to all of the hard work you and June have been putting in" she smiled. "I wouldn't be doing half as good if I didn't have the two of you with me."

The guy blushed at her comment "You're the one who works the hardest."

"Hardly!"

"You research everything and make all the plans. All we do is follow your directions. If it weren't for you, we wouldn't even have a job."

Wait a minute....... He's not her boyfriend? They're co-workers? But it looks as though he really likes her. Maybe he has a crush on her and she doesn't know it?

A smile crossed my lips as I realized that I still had a chance to make her mine.
