"Um his name is Mateo please get it right thankyou. And he's sixteen." I sat on the bed next to her. "You sure? Wonder if he's like twenty?!"

"He wouldn't be in geo with me. It's only eight to twelfth grade. So." She pushed me off the bed and made me fall on my face. "Fight me hoe!" I said pushing her back.

"It's gonna be lit!" Said Zavi.
Yeah me and Zavi, have been hanging out, although Key still calls me bush boy.
"Is Jade gonna be there?" I asked. Zay looked at me for a second. "Listen Bush boy." He pulled me to the side.
"She don't like you."
"Yes she does.. plus she's my girlfriend now."
Zay punched me in my face. "The fuck was that for?" I asked holding my nose. "You lying on the real."
Why was he so pissed? He doesn't even like Jade, and Jade doesn't like him.
"You ain't gotta punch him Zay, why do you care?" Asked Key. "Because I can! Why are you taking up for him?!" He yelled.
"I'm not taking up for him. I'm just asking why do you care?"
"Cause...I can. You know what, ima just go, see you at the party." He said walking away. "You ight Teo?" Asked Zavi. I nodded.

"It's ok...you can try it." I handed her the cup. She looked at it for a minute. "I'd rather not."
"It's not harmful."
"I'm good Teo."
"Try it for me?"
She smiled and nodded. "I'll try it once." She smelt the cup and dipped her finger in it. "Does it taste good?" She asked looking at me. I nodded. "Mkay." She lifted the cup up and took a sip. She looked at me and shook her head.
"You ok Jade?" I asked backing away from her. She ran towards the trash can and spit it all out. "I'm good." She said looking at me.
I grabbed your hand and led her to where Key and them were. "Hey guys." Said Jade hugging Key. "Hey sis.." he rolled his eyes.
"Does she smoke?" Asked my friend Tonya. I shrugged. "You smoke Jade?"
"No... I don't wanna be a addict."
"You won't be a addict."
"You light up you sign up." (😏 Yeah I got that from a commercial. An?)
"Girl boo! Try it. Just for now." Said Tonya handing her the cigarette. "Go ahead Jade." I said to her.
She took the cigarette and was holding it completely wrong. "You're gonna burn yourself holding it like that." I said helping her. "Now smoke that." Said Tonya.
She took a puff and coughed holding her chest. "Smoke the entire cigarette and your lungs will get used to it."
"If you drink the alcohol some more you'll get used to that too." She nodded and continued drinking the alcohol.
"Why are you drinking that?!" Asked Zay grabbing her. "Cause I want to. The fuck?" Said Jade."We're leaving." He slapped the cup out of her hand. "She doesn't wanna go with you Zay." I said stepping in.
"Well... I want her to come with me. So. Bye bush boy."
I grabbed Jade's arm and pulled her to me. "She doesn't wanna go with you, right Jade?" I asked looking at her. "Right. I don't wanna go with you Zay." She said pushing him.
"What'd you do? get her drunk?!"
"She only took like two sips. Shut up boy."
