Chapter 49

Haylie's POV 

I have been here for two-three hours and not one word from Jayden or Anna about anything and I am getting worried, he said that Anna called him in tears so I hope everything is okay with her. I put Tahlia in the bath when she woke up and gave her some dinner, not knowing if she had had any or not and we are just sitting in the lounge watching Daylie squirming around on the floor until he rolls over to the side and hits his leg on the leg of the coffee table and starts screaming "oh no baby" Tahlia says and I pick him up and try to calm him down "is it my baby boy's bed time aye? are you hungry baby?" he is normally asleep by now but I have kept him up because we were due home and he doesn't settle when he is not at home "do you wanna ring your Daddy?" I ask and watch his face brighten at the sound of his daddy's name, such a daddy's boy my son is. I got my phone and face timed him D= Dade   H=Haylie

D= hey baby I just got home where are you?

H= hey babe I have a grumpy boy here who wants to see his daddy

D=hi my little man, daddy misses you, where are you? Are you grumpy my boy?

H= we are next door at Jayden and Anna's baby because Jayden had put Tahlia to sleep and needed to leave

D=oh okay baby did you and y man enjoy the birthday today?

H= birthday? what birthday?

D= the triplets, don't tell me you didn't go?

H=OMG I feel so bad now ugh stupid me

Jayden's POV

After everything that went on at the hospital Anna and I decided it was time to get a good nights rest and we headed home. I knew that the two girls would catch up when we got home so I decided that now was the time to talk to Anna "hey babe, I think now would be the right time to have that talk I wanted to earlier" she tensed up and sighed

A="I get it, haven't we had enough bad news for one day Jayden? first baby Zayden then Tahlia's mum and now you want to tell me that we are breaking up" what!

A= what else was I supposed to think? you never approach me saying 'can we talk' you know I always think the worst when you say that. and you went to my mum, she was acting all upset after your 'talk' with her?.

J=babe no, I never ever ever want to break up with you, I was going to ask you a very huge question but thought it could wait

A=you were going to ask me to marry you?

J=no babe, well not yet anyways, I have been doing a lot of thinking lately and now is kind of the perfect time to ask you this but, do you want to adopt Tahlia? like us as her new parents?

A=babe? we are still so young?

J= I knew you would say that but I was also going to ask you if we can uhm... have a baby? of our own? and I mean Tahlia just lost her mum so she will not want to go back to her dad alone

A=OMG yes! I would love to have her full time and yes I would love to have a baby with you! I love you

She said yes!

Haylie's POV

I am getting sleepy and both Anna and Jayden are not back yet, I look at the clock and see that it is 10:00pm wow no wonder why Dade keeps texting me 'when are you getting home' there was more to it then that the cheeky thing but that's a different story. I'm just lucky my baby boy is asleep otherwise this would be a lot harder. I see lights come through the window and then turn off  and I know that they are finally home "Hey Hailz I am so sorry it is this late we had a lot going on" Jayden walked in carrying a sleeping Anna bridal style "look no problem she was a gem to look after and she helped me with Daylie and was such a good girl, I wasn't sure if you had bathed or fed her dinner so i did those for you when she woke up. oh and could you please tell Anna that I am so sorry that I missed the triplets birthdays I completely lost track of all the dates and have been busy lately I'm sorry" Jayden walks into his and Anna's room and places her onto their shared bed tucking her in and kissing her head the  returning to me "look Hailz me and Anna cannot thank you enough for what you have done tonight for us and also we have some news to tell you guys, well to tell everyone really and we can't wait till we say this news and everyone knows but anyways thanks again I hope my little angel wasn't too much trouble for you and your little boy" OMG! Anna is pregnant! "that;s okay and hey anytime for you guys! I'm gunna get this baby home and into his own bed and to his daddy and I will see you two love birds tomorrow" and with that I picked up my son and headed home with a smile on my face.
