Chapter 39

Anastasia's POV

My mum needed me to help her with Vinnie and the triplets since John is overseas for a work thing he had and mum will be alone with four kids, so yes I did agree and I would be staying there for the time being. I knew I wouldn't see much of my Jayden at all because he has work and rugby to catch up on and i will be busy with my siblings. I thought tonight would be fun, just us, making love, watching movies and doing coupley stuff for the last time in like two months while I am away, but he turned me down. so I walked home and am now wearing my sweatpants and one of his oversized shirts (i call these my lazy day or moping/depression clothes) waiting for Jayden to get home so I can lock up and go to bed. I am lying on the couch and feeling rather sleepy so i turn everything off and lay down more, not caring if i fall asleep because Jayden will just lock up anyways "goodnight world" I say mainly to myself, before I know it my eyelids are closing and I am slowly drifting off to sleep, I hear the car so I know he is safe and try to let sleep take over me for the night. "Babe are you here?" I decide to just leave it and try block out any noise  failing miserably and end up getting up and wlaking into the kitchen where I know he will be. he looked worried until he saw me and ran over to me only to embrace me in a tight warm hug "Babe you had me so scared i went looking for you everywhere, no I am not cheating on you i love you far to much to even think of that, i am so sorry please just tell me what's wrong?" with that I burts into tears and just cried "baby what happened?" I could tell he was worried "I just, today will be our last day together for a little while, because my mum needs help with the kids while John is away on a work trip thing for two months and i just wanted tonight to be us like just us to ourselves but you blew it" I cried "no baby girl, you know I love you and I would normally never turn you down like that but babe I didn't know and I have been so tired lately and I am so damn sorry, I love you" we are still standing in the kitchen and hugging while I cry. I hear a loud smash and a huge thump sounding like someone was upstairs and got scared "babe did you hear that?" I say quietly incase it was someone upstairs, "hear what?, it was probably just the wind, lets get you to bed you're shaking babe" and with that we walked upstairs and went straight to bed forgetting about everything and falling straight to sleep in my lovers arms.........
