Blew walked out of the bar, a bag over his shoulder, weapons on his back. He was holding a large bottle in his hand as he stepped towards Hermes, who was standing in front of him.
"Why don't you ever let us help you anymore?" Hermes asked the short feline man. "You can't just keep moving and fighting with nothing keeping you alive but alcohol and a few sandwiches."
Blew grinned. "If the Grimm didn't dissipate so fast, I'd cook them up for a snack."
Hermes looked at the ground. "What are you doing out here...?" He asked Blew.
Blew's grin left him. "I'm on a hunt."
"Not for Grimm though..."
"No, not for Grimm."
"Then let us help you!" Hermes yelled.
Blew looked straight into his eyes. "I can't. I need to do this, you have your own job."
"I'm a Huntsmen, same as you! Rose and I can help you if you let us, but you need to tell us what's going on." He pleaded. "You haven't been the same since the funeral, and I get that, but please let us help you."
Blew sighed and remained silent for a moment. "Fine, you can help me, but please don't ask many questions."The two Huntsmen walked the empty path for about an hour before Hermes spoke up.
"What's life like for you, Blew? Everything alright?" He asked his old friend.
Blew smiled a little. "Things haven't really changed for me. I'm still roommates with Mary. I'm still talking with Ama every once and awhile. I'm still going to therapy when I'm not on missions." He said. "I've actually gotten into the habit of going out on Fridays. Clubs, parties, raves, school dances."
"I'm pretty sure you're a little old for the last one." Hermes laughed.
"Well that explains why I keep getting kicked out." Blew remarked with a sly grin.
"You really don't ever change, do you cat?" Hermes asked with a smile. The two talked as the walked until the a girl in pink walked in front of the path.
Hermes looked at her. "Hey there bunny."
Rose marched over and slapped Blew across the face. "What is wrong with you!?"
"Oooowwww... That's hurt." He responded.
Rose sighed. "That's that point. Now, where have you been?"
Blew looked at Hermes then at Rose. "I guess I might as well tell you sense you're both here." He said. "I'm hunting Zuro. I was sent to kill Magenta, and he's my only lead."
"You found that monster...?" Rose asked.
"I found his trail, now we're going to find him."I know, it's short, it's written differently, it's not a really ending. But what real story has a true ending? This is the end. I don't know if you guys want more, but I can write more of you do. Either continuing with Blew or moving onto someone else's story. Just leave me a comment, and thank you for reading.
Every ending is just the beginning of a different story, and as Blew ends his, more open up. Doors open, pages flip, creativity jumps. Characters all around us have a story, but you'll never hear them. Or will you?
