My entity revolves in it

It surrounds me in comfort

The darkness becomes my light

Frees my mind

It envelopes me in the sounds of my thinking

It fortifies my mind

It frees my person

For in the dark

There can be no light

I can be seen by none

It helps me feel

With the absence of sight

I can venture the unknown

It gives my imagination light

Without illumination

My mind can roam the unseen

The dark grants me power

What a young chap i was

Always pondering on things past

People past

The things i wanted were vast

Distant

As distant as the sun

All written in the stars

I saw it then

The place was yonder

A corner stay in

It bloomed

I dreamed of another day

Yellow day

The skies yellow?

In a tint it was

A garden it was

Green all around

The trees tall as forever

In seconds

A flower sprout fore me
