"Are you ready to do this?" Amanda asked her emotionless faced friend, Jadelyn nods and grabs the axe and shotgun she was taking in case she need to shoot, "We'll talk through the radios." She said giving her friend a smile before getting in the car, she quickly checked behind her to make sure the guns hadn't been stolen, Amanda shook her head at her friends antics and got in her truck, her duffel bag with the axe, shotguns and reloads awaiting on the passenger seat.
The two girls had the same playlists on their phones and being syncronized as always they put the song 'Bang Bang' by the old famous singer Liz Gillies, Amanda opened the garage and watched as Jadelyn drove out first onto the main road, she then follows and closes the garage, without a second thought the two 15 year olds started driving away from the place they had called home for the past 15 years.
The windows rolled down and the music low, as Amanda's hand reached for her cigarettes, she placed one on her lips and reached for her gold lighter lighting up the cigarette, she took a long drag smiling as her best friends voice came through the radio "The window better be open for you to be smoking." the smirk could be heard clearly, exhaling Amanda answered "Jade calm down it's completely open." her cigar in between her index and middle finger in her left hand.
Jadelyn's laugh was heard from her car without the radio, suddenly a zombie passes right in front of Jadelyn's truck making her smirk and speed up a bit running over it, "Jade 389, Amy 388." the curly brunette said through the radio with a smirk playing on her lips, Amanda rolled her eyes and she took another drag, she remembered the first time she had smoked, it was a dare that her best friend gave her and she coughed at the first drag but when she took the second one she didn't cough, she actually pleased her.
Obviously when her father found out she denied everything but her father simply smiled and said "You are so much like your mother, she also loved to smoke, that's why I kept her cigarettes." that phrase had brought tears to the young girl's eyes.
"And before you ask there are strawberry bubble gums in the glove compartment." Amanda said quickly before her friend asked her, only to receive a half hearted laugh in return.
