Two years had passed since the girls had left the station and adapted to the life on the road, "I' winning by 5, Jade 1992 and Amy 1997." Amanda Laws said as she scrubbed the clothes on the river while Jadelyn was on the look out.
"Shut up." the curl brunette grumbled with a small smile, laughing Amanda placed the now finished washed clothes on a d basket and walked back to the cars. "Damn your bikini makes you look good girl." she says, Jadelyn rolled her eyes and said "So does yours white complements you slightly tanned skin." Amanda fake gasped and placed a hand on her forehead "I just received a compliment from Jadelyn Spencer Lee. Are you sick honey boo?" she asked slapping her hand on Jadelyn's forehead making the curly brunette poke her side.
Amanda squealed and coward away giggling, smirking Jadelyn did it again and again until they were both on the floor with a laughing Amanda, "Do you think we'll ever find them?" Amanda now asked with a sad and worried tone, for the past two years their parents subject was taboo.
Jadelyn wasn't the type of girl to show her emotions freely unless those emotions were anger and outrage on the other hand Amanda was quite a emotional roller coaster, she didn't have the stop button she did, and often showed her emotions to any and everyone. The two could be as opposite as the sun and the moon but truth be told they couldn't live without each other, they were Ying and Yang, they were each other's strength and weakness but that was something nobody knew beside's them and their parents, Amanda protected Jadelyn with vivacity and if she were ever in trouble she would be the first to go up to the trouble and punch it in the face.
And when Amanda was in trouble well hell would break loose, correction the rest of hell would break loose, if there was one thing that Jadelyn didn't tolerate was an upset, sad and endangered Amanda not only she would punch danger in the face but she would kick it's ass while saying a long speech about how Amanda was untouchable.
It was funny to see, "I don't know Amy maybe yes they are out there alive, maybe they are not. I don't know." Jadelyn answered, nodding the two girls got up and packed the now dry clothes, it was the middle of summer and both were wearing bikinis Amanda was wearing a white bikini with a pair of black jean shorts and a black jean vest and a pair of white worn out vans, her pack of cigarettes and lighter on the left side boob pocket, her guns on the small of her back tucked half inside her shorts while Jadelyn was wearing a black bikini and a pair of jean shorts and vest, and a pair of grey worn out all stars, her scissors tucked carefully on the sides of her shorts not to hurt her.
As they were packing their stuff they heard a baby cry, "Amanda no!" Jadelyn said as she saw her sister like best friend walking towards the direction of the cries a gun on her hand and the look on her face was emotionless, quickly following her, Jadelyn walked in step with Amanda and made their way to the source of the cries, "You know this could be a trap." Jadelyn stated in a duh tone "Or it could be a real baby and it's in danger." Amanda contradicted her best friend, it was no secret that one of Amanda's passions were babies, Jadelyn knew that if she could Amanda would have had 2 or 3 babies already.
Sighing with a small smile Jadelyn allowed the straight haired brunette lead the was looked behind them to make sure they weren't being followed. When they arrived they saw a 6 year old boy with a baseball bat holding a baby trying to back away the zombies. Amanda's motherly side and protective side came out and she started shooting right and left while making her way towards the two kids, Jadelyn was shocked at this, she had never seen this side of her.
It looked like a completely different person, a more mature, mother like person that was protecting her children, smiling proudly she quickly turned around and cut the neck of the zombie completely making it fall on the floor, she plucked her scissors into many heads and when she turned around she saw checking if the kids were okay now holding the baby in her arms and the boy hugging her tightly scared, a zombie making it's way to them, she prepares to throw on of her scissors but the zombie falls on the floor with a whole on it's head.
