NINE

Eunra's POV

It keeps coming back. It's always haunting me. That voice from that evening.

"Stay away from Seokjin."

I've always wondered who said that because that was the last thing I heard before I fainted.

I was so deep in my thoughts that I didn't realise that Seokjin was talking to me. "Jeon Eunra? Come back from your planet? Hello?" After trying to wake me up from my thoughts for a few times, I eventually realised and turned to him.

"What?" I asked and he pointed to the front of the class.

"Annyeonghasaeyo, my name is Kim Ji Won or you can call me Bobby!" He's in my class? Wow what sorcery...

He walked towards Seokjin and my table's direction and sat down on the empty seat behind us. "Hi friends!" He said and waved at Seokjin and I.

"Who's your Friend?" Seokjin rolled his eyes and turned to the front.

I stared at Bobby and apologised and he just shrugged.

Finally it was lunch and as usual, Seokjin, Mingyu, Jennie and I were having our lunch together.

"Oh Hyung! By the way, I forgot to tell you that there's this new transfer student in my class since 2 weeks ago and she's non other than Cha Sohee. Sooyeon noona's Sister."

"Sohee? Why didn't she tell me that she was transferring here?" Seokjin said.

"I have no id-."

"Can I join you guys for lunch?" Our conversation was halted as we looked up to see Bobby standing in front of our table with his tray of food.

Mingyu and Jennie were both puzzled because they didn't know that he transferred to our school. But they just nodded their heads at him while smiling.

"You can join u-"

"NO." Mingyu's kind gesture was interrupted by a resounding 'No' from Seokjin.

"Kim Seokjin." I glared at him as I kicked him in the shin.

"YAH J-" I immediately covered his mouth before he could say anything and I took the chance and told Bobby to join us while smiling.

It was pretty awkward at first but we slowly broke the ice and started laughing and fooling around with each other in a matter of minutes.

"I'm full. I'll go ahead first." Seokjin stood up and went to throw his food away.

"What's with Hyung? He only ate two spoonfuls of rice and he's full? That's so unlike him... is he on a diet?" Mingyu asked and I shrugged while standing up.

"I'll go check on him."

Third Person's POV

Seokjin was by the school's pond, throwing stones into it while frowning.

"ARGH WHY DO I THINK THAT I'VE MET HIM SOMEWHERE?!" He ruffled his hair in frustration as he stood up and kicked the bench.

"Kim Seokjin!" Eunra shouted as she stormed over to where Seokjin was standing.

"What's wrong with you?" She asked Seokjin with her arms crossed, clearly unhappy.

"Ever since the first time I met that guy, I've never took a liking towards him." He explained and Eunra just raised an eyebrow at him while tapping her heels.

"I think you're just too sensitive."

"Don't go near him." Seokjin sternly told Eunra.

"Kim Seokjin. Stop with all these nonsense. Can't you be more giving towards others? You know what? After all these years, I've had enough of your arrogant and stubborn attitude." Eunra said.

After all he's done for her; secretly caring for her, getting band aids for her when she's injured and saving her from a near death experience, her words deeply hurt Seokjin.

"Oh... so I'm nothing more than a person who's stubborn and arrogant? Well fine, okay! I'm stubborn, I'm arrogant, I'm selfish and I'm too sensitive. If that's what you think then why are we even friends?" Seokjin argued back, adding fuel to the fire.

"I'm friends with you because no one else would be your Friend!" Eunra said as tears welled up her eyes. She liked the guy in front of her but she just couldn't stand how insensitive he was to others.

"Fine. If that's the case, then I don't think there's any point in talking to you anymore." Seokjin said, even though he knew that he was losing the girl that he loved.

Both of them took their separate ways as they secretly cried.

Seokjin just walked and walked till he was in front of the music room. He then went in and took a seat in front of the piano as he placed his fingers onto it. Seokjin had a talent that no one knew about and that is to play a piano and to sing at the same time.

He composed a song for Eunra but after what happened today, he knew that he'd never get a chance to sing it for her. He quietly sang the first line of his song and played the piano at the same time. This song's title is 'butterfly'.

"Don't think of anything
Don't say anything, not even a word
Just give me a smile"

He sang quietly with all his feelings being put into the song.

"Your eyebrows slightly grimacing at the sunlight
Gently shaking your fine soft hair
Intoxicated by your scent, my heart is tickling

And Unknowingly, as he sang the last line of the song, tears started to flow out from his eyes.
