Chapter 5
Lily's P.O.V
I fell silent. I didn't know what to say I promised Nick. What am I going to say?? I know he wants answers, I just don't want to tell him. He will batter the hell out of Nick!! I suppose he does know about Nick and Rachel already, so I am not breaking Nicks promise. "Well, are you going to answer me or do I have to drag Nick over here and ask him??" Jake shouted at me!!
"I, well, um, em," I said quietly.
"I'll be back in a second," He said growling, walking towards the door, "STAY HERE!!" He slammed the door and the picture of me and my father fell of the wall and smashed to pieces!!
Jake's P.O.V
Oh My God!! Who the hell beat up my bloody little sister?!? Whoever did is going to die!! I picked up my phone and dialled Nick's number. He picked up after a couple of rings.
"Hey man, what's up??" Nick asked calmly.
"Nothing, I was just wondering if wanted you to come over??" I asked. I want to know what happened and why Lily was in his car??
"Okay dude, I'll be right over!!" Nick said hanging up the phone.
Then my phone rang again. "Hello," I answered.
"Hi, its Rachel," She said.
"What do you want??" I asked sternly.
"Well, I cant get you out of my head and was wondering if you wanted to get back together??" She asked hopefully. That girl got a nerve if she going out with Nick!! "F**K OFF!!" I said slamming the phone on the table and smashing the screen on it!!
Nick's P.O.V
After Jake had phoned, I checked my self out in the mirror. I have shaggy brown hair, deep hazelnut eyes that girls fall for and a hot, muscley body, or so I have been told!! I grabbed my jacket and keys and headed to my black lambourgine. I opened the door and jumped in!! I switched on the radio and in my head, by Jason Derulo. My mind suddenly went to thinking about Lily. God she was hot!! I want her so much!! She should be mine!!
I arrived Jake's house, and knocked on the door.
"Hey dude, come in," Jake said. I could tell something was wrong with him. "Okay, thanks," I said making my way in and to the living room. I basically stayed over at his house tons. I was really never at my own!! I sat down on the couch and could hear someone crying!! I was pretty sure it was Lily!! I wish I could go up there and comfort her but I cant!!
A couple seconds later Jake walked in carrying her!! I wish that was me she was holding onto!! Jake sat her down on the chair opposite me. "Right," Jake shouted, "I want to know and I want to know now!!"
Uh, oh, I think he found the letter, I wrote Lily!! He's going kill me!!
"Well??" Jake shouted even louder!! "I want answers to these 3 questions now!! First, why did you drive her home?? Second, what's this about you and Rachel?? My ex may I point out!! And, third, why is Lily covered in cuts and bruises??" He shouted, really angrily!!
"Please stop shouting Jake," Lily said in a whisper.
"Shut up, unless you are going to answer my questions!!" he shouted at her, which made her cry more!! I shoved Jake to the ground and punched him in the face!! "First, I drove Lily home because she was upset!! Second, I was dating Rachel behind your back, but I'm dumping her tomorrow!! And third, Lily is covered in cuts and bruises because of Rachel. Lily saw us kiss, then shouted to me so I broke it. Then she got mad and shoved her into a locker and punched, slapped and kicked her!!" I said punching him again and again!! "Nick, please stop," Lily said.
That made me stop. I let Jake get up and apologised. He punched me and, then we tackled each other to the ground. We were really hurting each other!! There was blood coming from both our faces!! "Guys, please stop, for me!! I hate seeing you both fighting!!" We both stopped and looked at her. She had tears running down her face!! We got of each other instantly after seeing her!! "I'm sorry Lily, but I need to go calm down," said Jake guiltily!! I heard the door slam!!
"Lily I am sorry as well, I had to tell him!!" I said with the same guilt as Jake.
"Its ok. I know that. Now lets go get your cleaned up," she said taking my hand and leading me to the bathroom. It felt like her hand belonged there!! She wet a damp cloth and dabbed my cuts!! "ow!!" I said, as she wiped the blood away. "Sorry," she said. "Its ok. Em Lily, I have to tell you something!!" I said shyly!!
