Yan-chan's POV
I put the brick back in place and a shockwave of blue and gold erupted from the cracks where the brick was. As soon as the shockwave dissipated, my fingertips started glowing gold and blue. The glow sent a shockwave of emotions through me as the gold and blue started making their way from my fingers, to my arms, to my shoulders. When the glittery shockwave reached my heart, it glowed gold. I faced budo and he looked scared. I smiled at him and turned to everyone. They saw the golden heart on my chest as I said to them...
"I am your tether. I am here so I shall do my duty and protect this dimension."
All of the glitter disappeared soon after I made my promise and we all just stood there looking at each other for a minute. Then Budo walked over to me and hugged me tight, like he never wanted to let me go. Then everyone joined in on the hug. I am so grateful that in the end of this crazy ride, I got to have all of my classmates, my friends, and even my significant other help me in defeating this.
But the fight isn't over yet.
"Hahaha! You thought you could defeat me? Oh silly children. You've only made the wound larger!"
