Alexia's POV

I hate Mondays. I really do, they just are really bad.

I get up and put my uniform on. I'm wearing my cherry red converse to make me feel a little better, but I still know today's gonna be crap.

"Hey, Lexi!" Kenzie greets me. She's unusually cheerful.

"What's up?" I ask her tired.

"Not much." But the huge smile on her face clearly shows she's not telling me something.

"I don't know how I can be your best friend. You seriously aren't going to tell me what's up?" I snap at her. While it's wrong I'm tired, it's Monday, and I don't need miss sunshine keeping secrets.

"It's nothing, I just have a date with Travis." She puts here earbuds in. A sure sign that she doesn't want to talk. I do the same, but I don't believe her exactly. I turn to look at Nick and he's on his phone so I can't see if he's been affected or not. Oh well, who cares!

                                               ~~~
I see a girl and guy making out right in front of my locker. It's actually no surprise, seeing how this happens every Monday.
"Hey Joel, can you maybe make out in front of someone else's locker?" I shove him and the girl he's making out with. "Do you have no respect for yourself? He's makes out with a different girl at my locker every week!" I tell a girl who I don't recognize.
Her face flushes red as Joel answers me. "Do my makeout sessions make you uncomfortable? Is it because you still are in love with me?"
"Shut up stupid." I open my locker and grab my stuff. "I wouldn't kiss you again if my life depended on it." I walk towards my first class. Which is his class too, Mondays seriously suck.
"Don't say that! I remember when you would kiss me all the time." He walks beside me. "Do you remember when you wrote my name on your favorite shoes?"
I clench my fists, I loved those shoes... My grandpa had bought them for me, and three months later he died. Then I ruined them by writing Joel's name on them. I found out that he had been cheating on me a week later.
"Shut up you idiot!" A tear threatens to come to my eyes. "I was a stupid girl when I did that. Never again. Thanks for the lesson jerk!" I walk into the classroom and sit down.
I sit down and stare at my phone. I hate high school, boyfriends, and Joel.
Hope you like it!!! Hopefully I can post more soon, but right now I need to get some school done... Have a great day and feel free to comment!
