*Harry's pov*

We had been at the ball for just over half an hour and I had already received a million questions about Dru, how I knew her and if we were in a relationship. I knew she had gotten just as many, as every time I looked around someone was talking to her and she was awkwardly looking down. I felt bad for her because she didn't really know anyone here except for us and I hadn't been able to be with her much because we had found out that this wasn't someone's party, it was an event where we had to promote our new album and we had to take a lot of pictures. Thankfully, we were taking the last picture of the night so just as the camera clicked and we were done, I headed over to her. "Hello!" I said as I approached her and I noticed relief flash across her face.

"I feel out of place." Dru whispered and narrowed her eyes at me without greeting me. She playfully hit my arm and I just laughed with amusement. "I am never doing something like this for you again!"

That's a pity, I thought, because you look amazing. "Alright, alright." I told her and placed a hand on the small of her back. "But at least try to enjoy the night." I continued as I led her through people and across the room. "Let's get a drink." I got us both something fruity, and not very strong and we sipped it quietly. Dru looked around observing the ball as I was observing her - until I realized how much of a creep I must've looked like. I turned my attention back to ball and saw Liam and Danielle approaching us.

"Oh Dru, I can't believe you let Harry drag you here!" Danielle told her, she hated these things too but she always went with Liam to make him happy. I thought about why Dru had come with me, and whether it was to make me happy which made me smile, but my smile was wiped off my face as I remember she had come here with a price: that stupid, but funny dare she made me do at the fair.

"I know, neither can I." Dru answered, shaking her head from side to side. "I feel really awkward."

Danielle gave her a look that said 'I can relate.' before her expression brightened again, "But you look absolutely gorgeous, Dru! Where did you get that dress from?" Danielle questioned her and I agreed with her statement.

Dru blushed and looked at me quickly before replying to Danielle, "Thanks, and as for the dress, I don't really know what shop it's from, Harry bought it for me."

This time it was my turn to blush. Danielle and Liam both raised their eyebrows at me. "Aww that's so sweet of you Harry!" Danielle gushed which made me blush even more, but I just looked at her and smiled politely. Danielle wiggled her eyebrows at me before grabbing Liam's arm and pulling him away.

"Have fun!" He called over his shoulder as he left with his girlfriend.

I shook my head hoping my blush would go away and I decided I did want Dru to have fun. This is a ball, I thought as I looked at people dancing around the room and on the main dance floor, so let's dance. I grabbed her glass and placed it next to mine on a small table before taking her hand and leading her towards the center of the room.

"Harry, what are you doing?" She asked as she followed me, sounding a bit flustered.

"What does it look like I'm doing?" I asked her rhetorically as I turned towards her. I took her hands, placing them on my shoulders before I placed my own on her hips. I smiled at how cute she looked all confused. I started swaying to the slow song and couldn't help smiling broadly as she tried to put some distance between us. I pulled her closer to me, and pressed her body against mine so there was barely any distance between our faces.

"Harry!" She hissed. A hot blush was forming on her cheeks and I wondered how a person could blush so often. She struggled some more to distance herself and I chuckled.
