*Dru's pov*

I was stunned for a moment, left into what seemed to be a supply closet all by myself. As I heard Harry's footsteps carrying him away from me back to the party I tried to stop blushing. Why was blood always rushing to my cheeks when it came to him? I hated that I wasn't in control around that boy. But it wasn't entirely my fault since he did extreme things - like the kiss just now - and any normal girl would blush if he did that to them. I took a deep breath, trying to forget the feeling of his breath brushing across my face and his lips pressed to my own. He had begged me to let him kiss me and I hadn't been able to stop him. Who can blame me though? The kiss was amazing even if it was just a simple one. This definitely wasn't helping my crush though and that was a huge problem because I didn't know what to do anymore. I knew I couldn't get rid of the crush as long as I was around Harry but we were friends and that wasn't going to happen anytime soon so I was going to have to think of something else. I was too tired to think about it right now so I just took a few deep breaths and when I was finally collected - well, at least as collected as I would get - I opened the door and walked down the corridor heading back to the party myself.

The party was in full swing but I really wasn't in the mood so I decided it would be best to leave. I felt all over the place because of Harry and I needed to think some major stuff through. I need to make a proper decision about this crush business, I thought to myself as I made my way through the crowd and headed to the exit. I knew I would have to have a super long, super serious conversation with Daniel since he was the only one who knew me well enough to help me and it was going to be no fun at all.

"Are you leaving?" Eleanor asked me as I reached out for the door.

I nodded "Yeah, I'm feeling a bit tired." I lied, knowing that I couldn't tell her the real reason.

"Oh that's a shame!" She frowned a bit. "The party is just getting fun, you should stay a little while!"

I smiled "Another time." She smiled back sweetly and nodded before heading away. I let myself out and walked down the sidewalk. It was nice to get out of the stuffiness of the club and since the air outside was nice I decide to walk home. My apartment was fairly close by and it wasn't a dangerous street so I walked along slowly, without worrying that it was quite late.

I was in my thoughts, thinking of what to tell Daniel because I knew that my opinions on Harry and my crush made no sense, when I heard someone call my name. I turned around to see who it was. "Wait up!" Harry called as he jogged towards me. "Why did you leave?" He asked stopping in front of me to catch his breath.

"I'm tired." I lied. "And I needed a bit of fresh air, so I thought I'd walk home." I quickly added before he offered a ride.

"I'll walk you!" No! I need fresh air to clear my head from you! I whined mentally.

I bit down on my bottom lip to keep from voicing my thoughts and nodded. "If you want to." I turned back around and resumed walking with him by my side.

We walked slowly in the poorly lit streets and I was glad we were both quiet. The silence was awkward since we had jut kissed and I don't think any of us knew what to say but before long Harry decided to start a conversation. "Can I ask you something?" He wondered and continued without waiting for my approval, "How can you blush so often?"

I thought about his question for a minute. "I don't usually, it's because you make me uncomfortable most of the time."

"I do not!" He retorted and I admired the way he could chat so calmly after the intense tension and kiss. "Besides you blush even if I say something small like you've got pretty eyes." He pointed out and I remembered that time when he complimented me after I had told him about his hair looking like sex hair. Ugh he's right!
