saving the last unicorn

One dark night, in a land of magic and mystery, a girl named Barbara who is 17 years old and her little brother Hunter who is 15 years old had just gotten home from school and were messing around outback of the house when they heard screaming and of course they just had see if they could help whatever was screaming. so they went to get on their hiking boots and went to explore.

10 minutes later:

Place:Ravine

They finally found the source of the screams, to their surprise they found a unicorn laying trapped In some tall wet grass and a couple of thorn bushes. the terrifying thing was that from where they were standing they could see that the sides of the poor unicorn were ripped open and were bleeding profusely. when they were finally able to calm it down and bandage up her wounds. to their surprise it turned into a beautiful young girl. Then they started to talk and she said

Hello thank you two for rescuing me. my name is Ravine.

Ravine:

If you two don't mind may we please leave this place because there are some very horrible creatures here on this very night. They are not usually here because there is usually no trouble around here. They prefer big cities because of all the fighting there. That is why I prefer forest areas and that type of thing. -she had a very musical voice-

As they were walking to there house they found out that she was a very graceful girl or rather unicorn even with her wounds.

when they finally got to the house she told them her story.

Ravines story:

I was attacked by a hunter who had been tracking me for two days. The hunter did not let her rest a minute. not to eat or drink. it was as if the hunter was tireless and could hunt me forever until I was dead. that or force me to mate with a regular horse to create a zoo for live unicorns or even cut off my horn and mount it on the wall as a trophy for all to see.

........ then something happens :-) ........

2 Weeks Later:

Ravine:

look I'm sorry but it is time for me to leave this place, even now I have over stayed my welcome.

Barbara:

no you haven't, everyone loves having you here.

Ravine:

It's not the people that is my reason. it is because I must find my mate so he can protect me from the hunters who even now still lurk here following me, waiting for me to slipup so the can get me. I am headed where no humans may go, a holy place for all mystical beings. A place where I will be safe.

Barbara:

but we will miss you, -she starts to cry-

Hunter:

yeah are you sure you have to go?

Ravine:

sadly yes I must go. But first to thank you two for all your kindness toward me I am giving you each a gift.

Barbara and Hunter:

Wht? you don't have to give us anything.

Ravine:

yes I do you two deserve it. you remember my main when we first met how it sparkled and glowed.

Barbara and Hunter:

yeah

Ravine:

that was a part of my inner magic showing. and so it contains the power to heal and change my form so give to each of you the choice to be like me to become a unicorn, or just have the power to heal.

Barbara:

if we are able to change does that mean we can come and help you on your journey?

Ravine:

yes

Barbara and Hunter:

then duh we choose to be like you!
