Ik kon hem niet eens meer voorstellen met een glimlach, die hij normaal gezien elke dag opzette. Ik keek treurig naar mijn schoenen, ik zat in dezelfde verschrikkelijke situatie en glimlachen was inderdaad moeilijk. "Als je het zelf niet wilt, waarom vraag je het dan van mij?" vroeg hij deze keer met een veel zachtere toon. Als de echo hier niet zo groot was, zou ik hem niet gehoord hebben. Ik keek recht in de ogen die me zielig bekeken en mompelde: "Maar jij bent de uitverkorene... En Fien, Dan en Lahila wachten op jou." "Ze wachten ook op jou", zei hij terwijl hij rechtstond en naast mij kwam zitten, "En ik kan niets zonder jou. Ik ben geen uitverkorene zonder jouw hulp." Hij legde zijn hoofd op mijn schoot. "Laten we nu gewoon even niets doen en slapen."

Hoi allemaal, lezers die er nog van over zijn of mensen die hier net komen. Ik beloof jullie dit boek gaat afgemaakt worden! En echt geweldig ook. Ik ben op dit moment hele stukken aan het herschrijven, bijschrijven en aan het wissen. zonder dat ik hier iets publiceerde ben ik inmiddels op blz 46 met arial 12 op word. Er komt dus heel veeeeel aan. Eind aankomende zomervakantie hoop ik alles erop te hebben staan, maar ik wil het als de definitieve versie hebben vandaar dat ik het flink na wil lezen! Ik hoop dat ik nog support kan krijgen en vooral dat mensen van dit boek gaan genieten. Het eerste hoofdstuk zal ik al veranderen ;) En de leeftijd verander ik naar 16 jaar, sorry voor de 14 jarige lezers :) maar ik kan me nu beter in 16 jaar inbeelden :) Elk jaar wordt de Beproeving gehouden waar alle zestienjarige aan mee moeten doen. De Beproeving houden ze, omdat er 57 jaar geleden een oorlog was tussen de mensen met een kracht en de gewone mensen. Dit jaar zijn Amy, Lisa, Dewi en Sanne veertien jaar geworden. Ze hebben alle vier een kracht die ze op alle manieren geheim hebben gehouden, maar nu moeten ze de Beproeving ondergaan. Zullen ze hun kracht geheim kunnen houden? (Graag reacties! De 16-jarige Sara wordt ontvoerd en opgesloten in een verlaten huis. Ze wil ontsnappen maar dat is niet makkelijk als je bewaakt wordt.

Dit is een verhaal dat ik voor een opdracht voor Engels moest schrijven. Ik weet dat er nog wat fouten instaan (mijn Engels is zo goed nog niet) maar ik was best wel trots op het resultaat daarmee dat ik besloot hem online te zetten. :) reacties of tips zijn altijd welkom!
