It's the year 2075 and the earth is suffering from overpopulation, to solve that problem every city has been divided in several parts so the rich don't have to suffer the consequences, but the poor suddenly do. The poor people suddenly start slaughtering each other and no one knows why.

There's another timeline and universe, far from ours... In that universe, people have skills that are called 'Sword Calls'. Sword Calls are special abilities that can control the elements. The source of their power are swords, hence the name Sword Calls. There are a lot of them, but everyone is aiming to get the most special and powerful Sword Calls... There's also a villain called Kairox that has been a threat to humanity ever since he existed. That's why (mostly) kids are being trained to master at least 1 elemental Sword Call by the age of 21, so that they can fight in the war.

She may bring Chaos upon the streets, and sometimes people get hurt while doing so, but she never intends to kill and she never did that. All she wants is for her best friend and roommate, Colin to be save and for her worst enemy, Future Boy, to suffer for his deeds. But what happens when she isn't able to do both things? When Colin starts asking questions, when he comes home with cuts and bruises and when she's on the edge of breaking? She'll have to make choices. But will some one who's been told she's bad her whole life make good choices?
