Chapter 28

DESTINY.

"Shit, Jesus crist" Harry cursed.

I snapped my eyes open and looked. He was still alive but the guy next to him tied up was dead. Holy shit this is bad.

We heard someone come up behind us.

"Louis give me that knife" I pointed to the one in his hand.

"I cant" he said.

The man arrived. He noticed us and came hurdling over to us. I grabbed the knife and just as the man jumped on me. He fell on me. As we fell I dug the knife in his chest.

I jumped up and took the knife out. I ran out. He pointed a gun at me.

"what the fuck" he muttered

"I don't know" I don't know what I'm doing.

I threw the knife and it came hurdling to him in the air. I heard his gun shot. I squeezed my eyes shut.

Nothing happened. I peeked one eye open and Nicki was lying in front of me in a pool of blood. I crouched down to her.

"Nicki" I whispered

"yeah"

"I'm sorry" I said barely above a whisper.

"holy shit" the guys came out.

I looked back down at Nicki. I felt tears pricked in my eyes.

"thank you but why?" I asked.

"I don't hate you, wait hold up yes I do..." we giggled "but you don't deserve to die" her eyes started getting heavy.

"Nicki no!" I screamed. I grabbed hold of her hand and squeezed.

"Jesus ow" she screamed. I looked back down at her.

"I was just falling asleep what was that for?" she asked annoyed.

We took Nicki to a hospital, fortunately she survived but unfortunately at the same time.

We had taken one person from the other gang back with us and demanded for him to explain EVERYTHING.

"Look when we were younger, cause we are some years older we found this hardware chip. We planted it in some guys heads. It made them think they did some shit they had not done. See we did it in Harry. He made him thought he killed the woman everyone loved"

"why that's horrible and selfish" I spoke up. He shrugged.

"sick you are sick you know that"

Harry took me to his room.

"look I'm sorry I didn't know"

"what the fuck, you apologising for its not your fault" I giggled.

"Destiny"

"yeah"

"I love you" he said and leaned in and kissed me.
