Sarah couldn't explain all that had just happened, and she needed some answers if she couldn't get all of it.

Who was the lady she'd seen?, why did she mention Sarah's name?, and most importantly why did Davie show up when all of this started happening, Luke had been a friend of the family for a long time and so he should have at least mentioned Davie once or twice if he was his brother. Things just weren't adding up and as much as she hated to admit it, she needed to talk to her mom, she really needed all the help she could get.

I got out of bed, put on my baby pink flip-flops and headed down stairs, I needed to talk to my mom, she really had a lot of explaining to do, starting with why I was still getting these visions after I'd accepted the powers being forced on me, and so did Luke and Davie because from the look of things they were in all this too. I guess the only person that hadn't lied to me was Lisa, I wonder how she'd take all this in.

Davie had mentioned that that girl- Ava- was a 'long time friend of the family' I wondered if she was in any way connected to d supernatural, it wasn't likely though, she didn't seem like someone that could handle the drama that came with all this.

I walked in on my mom, Luke and Lisa sleeping quietly on my mom's thighs, she seemed to understand why I was down stairs because she just nodded and headed towards Lisa's room so she could be more comfortable, (and probably so she wouldn't Wake if I switched to 'drama queen' mode).

It was just Luke and I in the small living room now, it felt kinda weird and I couldn't even figure out why, he started talking.

Luke's POV.

She just stood there, I could tell she felt as confused, and upset as she looked, seeing her upset reminded me of how she had hurt me the other night in the woods, she was a really strong young witch she was, the wound would have healed had it been any ordinary wound, or ordinary witch but the fact that she had the Leo coven blood in her made certain that any spell she casts doesn't fade easily if at all.
I had to break the awkward silence.

"Davie's been in Africa most of his life, since our parents died that is. He's been living with our aunt Stephanie, and I don't talk about him much, I guess that's why you've never heard of him. He just moved here not too long ago for reasons he doesn't want to mention. I'm a werewolf as you might have gathered and you are the reason my arm hurts as hell, thank you very much".
She didn't seem interested in my part of the story

"Davie, he stays with you?", She asked.
No he stays with a friend of ours, and not totoo far from here, Ava, and her mom'

My mom came in after a few minutes or so, I always hated to see the look of sadness and confusion on her especially whenever she tried to hide it, but i just couldn't bring myself to NOT be mad at her.
She sat next to Luke, where she was just minuted before, withwith a throw pillow being the only thing between them.
'Are you ready,?'  She asked in a really firm but soft voice that weakened my ability to stay mad at her.

'Yeah, sure.' I answered

'There are hundreds of witch covens, which you will come to know with time, our coven is called the Leo coven, and the head of the coven was your grandfather, Lord Eden...'

'Well that would explain why you all never went over to grandma's for Christmas' she didn't seem to be in the mood for jokes and quite frankly neither was I, Luke however, seemed to be enjoying story time

She continued 'that was before he handed over leadership to me, but for reasons best known to me, I didn't want that power and so I handed it over to my sister, Jade. I thought  that giving up my magic would mean I wouldn't be able to pass on to you and Lisa so there was no need telling you about it'

The more she spoke the more questions I had to ask, would Lisa have powers too?, and how could she not tell us that we had an aunt.

'So how much power do I have?, what are my limits?, how far can i take this?.'
'There ARE no limits Sarah, with time you'll come to realise this.'

'The thought of that excited and scared me all at once and I could tell that she understood how I felt.'

'Believe me Sarah I'm really sorry I kept this from you, but magic is a wonderful thing, you'll love it when you understand it, if you'll let me teach you'

'Then why did you give it up Caroline?'

We'd almost forgotten Luke was sitting right there, he asked the question with more concern than just curiosity.

'Well that'll be all for today'
My mom got up and saw Luke to the door.

She locked it behind him, turned back and looked at me like she wasn't expecting me to still be there.

'I'm sorry Sarah,' she said as she started toward he room

'You never did say when we get to begin magic 101' I said
She turned and gave me that smile I missed so much.
