The deal between the Monkeys and the Trees

THIS IS THE HISTORY OF HOW THE HUMAN CAME TO BE.

ONCE UPON A TIME, when the world was young, there were animals such as Monkeys and plants of all kinds. The most common of all, are the Trees. The strong, tall and unbeatable Trees.

One day, the Monkeys were playing in the Trees when the Trees asked, "Monkeys, have you ever thought of becoming human?"

"Why have you asked?" the leader of Monkeys asked. The Monkeys had heard of humans, a future kind ofspecie, but had not seen any. Never thought of becoming one.

"We, the Trees, had all observed other animals and we had decided that you are the one most suitablefor being human."

"What are the humans to do?" He questioned again.

"They will be needed to do a favor for the nature. But, they will be rewarded in return." It is clear that the Trees were the message converter for the nature. "They will be rewarded with strength, trust, feelings, and cleverness. The better the favor is done, the more the reward is given. What do you say? The favour is to help us, the nature to reproduce and fill this planet will plants and Trees."

"I say that as the leader of the Monkeys, i am willing to agree to your suggestion, but i must also say that some Monkeys in our group will surely disagree to your suggestion. I ask from you to let them chose their own future."

"As long as you are willing to help us, we are willing to do what you ask in return. The agreement between Alaxian, the head of the Monkeys, and Ozaniz, the head of the Trees, is confirmed."

All the Monkeys had to chose their own sides, some Monkeys agree to the Trees' suggestion while others disagree, thus, only the offspring of the agreed Monkeys started changing to human, started walking on only two feets and becoming bigger and stronger.

The agreed Monkeys cannot mate with the non-agreed Monkeys, if they do, the two of them will be killed. Even though, many had went beyond the line, the agreement still continued, and as the agreed Monkeys change, the relationship between the two types of Monkeys fades.

And soon, the agreed Monkeys cannot understand their Monkey friends anymore, neither can they climb Trees so easily. And now, they are almost about 2 times than they once were. Since they are officially humans, they started on their job on becoming human, but they never knew that once they are human, they will remain human forever.

Many many years past, centuries, the human did their job and were greatly rewarded.
