Introductions & Rules

Welcom everyone, you probably recognize me for my work with Produce 101 & IOI, but let me introduce myself. I'm a DJ, Producer, Songwriter and Composer, I am more known under the name of Maximite.

If you are here, I guess, it's because you have an interest of becoming an idol. My work here is to train and guide you to be the best you can. Don't worry I'm not doing it all alone, I've called some friends that I will introduce to you little by little over the time. There will be coachs, and some of them will be idol, rappers or dancers that are more or less known and will help me to pick which one of you that will or won't debut.

Yes sadly it's a really competitive industry where not all of you might debut. But don't worry even trainee can have their moments to shine, since I'm often on the road for my DJ gigs, some might be invited to be on stage with me or invited to play on some of my friends Music Videos or even features on their albums or songs.

Now that I talked about the company, let's get started with some rules: 

Rule 1: BE KIND: toward your fellow trainee/bandmate/teachers.

 You can critics or disapprove some of the decisions or actions, but please if you say it, try to stay nice and respectful.

Rule 2: BE ACTIVE: You will have to chose some of your career path.

I'm not asking you to be here, comments every single hour. But I will be present to help you and guide you, but you will have some decisions to make on some stuffs I will propose you, some might help you to gain some opportunities, like having CFs deal, Solos, Sub-Unit, drama or movie roles. And also vote on the page and vote for the trainees you like, if you want to debut with them.

Rule 3: Add this to your library and share it.
