- Hi everyone, this place is now the place, where you will work, live and learn before debuting. Let me explain how it will work here, there will be some evaluations every now and then, some of them will be just to know you better and some to know if you're ready to debut. Some trainees will take longer than others to debut. Some might even debut right away, it all depends to 3 criteras Abilities, Talent & Potentitial.

I pause a minute and look at the trainees.

- Sometimes I or someone from my staff will contact you to have a meeting, if you get into these meetings you might get some opportunities, if you miss them, someone else will take your place. I want to give everyone their chance to succed.

Now everyone seems to get excited.

- I see no one is afraid and everyone seems ready to start to work. But before you do that, you will have a visit with my assistant, she might seem cold but she's really nice. Good luck to all of you, make a round in the agency. Don't be afraid to make your friends apply in the agency, they might debut with you.
