Yzabella's POV

"Lil, san ka?" It was my second try to call my bestfriend and finally, she answered me.

"Bakit?" Mataray pa sa mataray na sagot niya.

"Basta! Asan ka nga?" Naiirita nang sabi ko.

"Pampanga! Bakit ba?" Aba! May period ba siya? Bakit ang sungit niya naman yata?

"Kailan ka uuwi sa La Conwar?" I don't want a long conversation na matatapos na naman sa isang nonsense talk that's why I had to asked her straight to the point.

"Hmm... Ewan ko, pero nagtext si Kaela, sabi niya umuwi daw siya kahapon then nakaleave siya ngayon, so... Baka nextweek na. Alam mo naman andito pa'ko sa Pampanga ngayon."

"Eh ano ba kasing ginagawa mo d'yan?" Kahit alam ko na kung anong ginagawa niya doon ay sinubukan ko parin.

"May Convention seminar ang boss ko kaya andito ako. Alam na, secretary here!" Tila nagmamalaki pa niyang saad sa'kin. She's with him.

"Tss... Kita ko nga sa instagram kanina."

"I know right!" And now, my bestfriend Lili is back with her flirty tone again. "Oh, bakit ka naman nagtatanong kung kailan ako uuwi sa atin? Bakit? Sasama ka na ba? Tss, alam ko naman na allergic ka d'on, bruha ka!" Yes, she's right. I've never been to La Conwar for almost 7 years now. Kapag may okasyon, hindi ako umuuwi. Nagtatampo na nga sila sa akin but I really make sure that I could make it up to them such as I invited them to go out of town, out of the country or I could buy them new stuffs para sa luho nila or para sa bahay namin. At ang pinakamahirap suyuin sa lahat ay ang Lola Felicia ko. Kapag malapit na kasi ang birthday niya, lagi niya akong kinukulit na umuwi for the past 6 years. And I always turned down her invitation kahit na pwede naman, instead of going home, I make sure she got her plane ticket to Manila with my family and Tita Francine's family and we celebrate Lola's post birthday here in my unit or to Tito Francis' house in QC. Mahirap suyuin si Lola but I understand. My other grandma, which is Mami Rei is in Australia now with my Auntie Zenia, kapatid ni Papa. Unfortunately, I don't have any Lolo anymore. Dadi Lito, which is asawa ni Mami Rei, passed away since I was in Grade 6, while Lolo Yltoniño, which is, asawa naman ni Lola Felicia ay namatay noong nasa second year college ako. Lolo and Lola's pet nga daw ako kaya minsan nakaka-guilty din.
