Dress Up

Zayn had ordered Harry and Louis to help me buy a masquerade dress.

We went to a beautiful antique but modern ball gown store. It has mahogany wood panels and was simply beautiful to say the least.

As we walked in I saw many dresses. Blue, crystal, burgundy , indigo. Many caught my eye. It was going to be a tough decision for me to make.

"Hello beautiful how may I help you today." The sales lady asked.

"Well I have a masquerade I'm attending soon and I was wondering if you have any dresses I can try on?." I asked her.

"We have many come along and we can talk. Boys you go sit down over there." She pointed to the Far East corner.

"What kind of dresses do you have in mind." She asked.

"Any kind. I want a big skirt. But not too big. The color I really don't know actually. Whatever you think is best." I said to her.

"Ill be right back. I'll bring maybe 4 dresses that I think you will like." She said as she left.

I was so excited to try on dresses. I hoped Zayn would like my choice of dress.

The sales lady returned with a handful of dresses.

"Which one would you like to start with." She asked.

"The red one." The red one caught my eye. It was very different not like most dresses. It had a bit of beading, it was a satin like material and ruffled around the waist.

As she zipped up the dress, I saw myself in the mirror. The dress was gorgeous but I didn't feel like it complimented me as much.

"Let's go show the boys." She told me.

We walked to where the boys were sitting. As I walked towards them their mouths dropped open. I blushed hard.

"It looks great Allison." Louis told me.

"Thanks Lou but, I don't think this is it." I said.

"Yea Lou. I mean it's beautiful but it just isn't you." Harry added.

"Back to the dressing room I guess." I said as we left.

"Which one next."

"The burgundy one please." I told her.

The burgundy one had more detail and beauty to it. It had beading all over the bodice and a beautiful skirt. This one was defiantly in the running for the one I'm going to,wear. It suited me very much and I felt very confident I'm it.

As we walked out into the corner Harry and Lou's face lit up.

"Allison I think this is one of the top ones because it's amazing." Harry said.

"Allison it's beautiful." Lou said

"Thanks guys I really think might be the dress." I said.

I stepped off the pedestal and went back to the dressing room.

The last one I was going to try on was a white/ice blue dress. It had a little bit of beading but not too much. This isn't something I would go for but it was worth a shot.

I put it on. I didn't like it as much as the burgundy dress. The burgundy one made me feel sexy and beautiful. I couldn't stop thinking about it.

I stepped out and Louis and Harry smiled. I knew at that point this wasn't the dress.

"I don't think this is it." Harry said.

"I don't think so either." I said truthfully.

"I think we know which one were taking." Louis said

"Can I put the burgundy one on again." I asked the sales women.

"Yes let's go." She said as she guided me back to the dressing room.

I put the burgundy one on and at that point I knew that this was the dress.

I stepped out of the dressing room.

As I walked onto the pedestal she handed me a beautiful masquerade mask that had black lace on it. I put it on and that just completed the whole outfit.

"So Allison is this your dress." Lou asked.

"Yes this is my dress." I said confidently.

I went back to the dressing room and took it off. I quickly put my cloths on as the sales women went to go ring up the dress. I wasn't aloud to know the cost, and I didn't want to.

I emerged from the dressing room and Lou and Harry were already waiting for me with dress in hand.

"Ready Allison." Harry asked.

"Yea. Also can we not show the dress to Zayn I want it to be a surprise." I asked.

"We were just thinking that actually." Lou said as we left the store.

"It'll be like hide and seek." I said.

"Oh yes it will be." Harry laughed.

Only if I'd known what kind of game this would end up being.
