Chapt 4• Dreams

*Ellie's pov*

I shuffled around in my bed doing a little dance. Looking over at the clock it was already 12 something. I started looking around for Annabeth but I guess she left late last night. I wouldn't wanna stay with a drunk emotional wreck either. She didn't know me and I didn't know her.

The only reason I was so nice was because the stuff they put in the "cigarette". Annabeth was drunk I could tell. So if I ever see or hear from her again it's not because we are friends.

I get up realizing I'm in pajamas that I don't remember changing into. Reaching for my phone I notice a water bottle and a little pill for headaches. A note was placed there too that said "Take this to feel better. Also my numbers 384-226-2639. I had fun even though we were drunk". I smiled remembering some stuff I said that didn't make sense last night.

I walked to the kitchen to grab some food. When my foot touched the steps and  I stopped. There were about 5 teenagers laying on my kitchen floor.

"All of you leave!" I jumped over their heads one by one to get by. Some raised their heads but just drifted back to sleep.

Sitting on the kitchen counter I have to stop and think for five seconds about what happened last night. Annabeth came and my room and she looked so beautiful that I don't know how to explain. Somehow she knew about what happened last year so someone told her. Yet she still came and stayed with me.

Maybe it was out of pitty or she really needed to get away from the guy.

The phone made a ringing sound and I ran to go grab it. As I reached my hand down I saw it was a unknown number but I still picked it up.

"Hello?" I start walking around because I usually do that when I'm talking.

"Ellie hey it's me from last night. I just wanted to check on you." She sounded concerned but at the same time it's like I didn't need a babysitter.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine. You don't have to be friends with me anymore. I get it last night we were drunk I told you things that I shouldn't of" pulling a piece of hair behind my ear I look out the window. It was sunny and a perfect day to go swimming.

"I'm not that low of a person. Your my real friend Ellie. I don't know much about you but we can figure it out" I smile thinking of me and her. I don't know exactly what I'm feeling but I'm hungover and its 12:00 and I'm smiling.

"You wanna come over and swim?" I stuttered during half of that because I was nervous if she would say no. I heard a laugh and I'm guessing she did that little Annabeth smirk.

"I'll be right over text me the address?"

"Sure bye see you in alittle bit"

"Byeeeee"

We hung up and I texted the address to her. This was a chance for me to really get to know her. That night we were strangers which was crazy because we acted like we knew eachother our whole life. A thought popped in my head that I tried to push away.

"Maybe you are falling for her?"

I tried to not think of that. But at the same time she's amazing,smart,pretty,and funny. I could keep going on if I had to.

I like Annabeth Clark.

If I did then I can't have her coming over seeing me like this. I run to my room and put on water proof makeup and tanning lotion. The bathroom is downstairs so I kept having to jump over the half dead people.

I totally forgot the whole point of going to the kitchen so I sat down and ate a bowl of cereal.

*1hr later*

I heard a know at the door so I went and opened it.

There stood Annabeth Clark with her sunglasses and a pool bag. I'd be lying if I said I didn't stare.

"Come in welcome back" I laughed pointing to the people asleep. She walked in and passed all the people asleep.

"Hey ellie!" She ran in to me and hugged my waist. Chills were sent through my back and arm. I hugged back smiling and taking in her scent.

"Let's go get changed so we can swim" I led her to my room. She looked around at the lights that were strung up on the frame of the door.

"I like your room. It's really aesthetic" smiling she pulled a bathing suite out on the bed. Mine was already there so I took my top off and began to change. She took hers off as well. After I got changed and so did annabeth we headed to the pool.

"Cannon ball!" I ran and jumped off ye ground into the pool. As I hit the water I swam to the bottom of the pool . Feeling the water cold made me move around more. I saw a big explosion at the top indicating Annabeth jumped in.

She swam towards me and I raised in the water with her. Annabeth followed me to the top as we breathed for air.

"Race to the bottom go!" We took off in the water. She beat me to the bottom but I didn't really mind.

As we sat at the bottom she starred at me. I looked right back at her into her brown eyes. Something took over me and I swam towards her and touched my lips to hers. She pulled in as well and we sat underwater running out of air, kissing.

Annabeth pulled away and swam to the top. Kicking my feet I followed.

As I reached the top she looked at me.

"I just met you ellie" she didn't look upset but didn't look happy either. I look at the water trying not to look at Annabeth.

"I'm sorry it's just-" I felt her pull me close and as I looked up smashing her lips into mine. 2 girls that just met the night before not even 24 hours ago in a pool kissing.

"Don't apologize. I just met you but I already like you. This doesn't make us something but it's a good sign" she pulled away putting her forehead on mine smiling. I blinked a few times looking at her. It all happened so fast. Literally.

*Annabeths pov*

I hadn't ever felt like this before until I met Ellie. Never letting people in I didn't experience this before. I had just met her but it was love at first site I saw her that night at the party.

Hey guys I'm deleting this story. Something happened with my family. Basically I can't be who I want to so I'm deleting anything that reminds me of it.
