Can't take it - Stalec

Nightmares come from Beacon Hills

"Alec! No! Please, come back!" Stiles yelled as he watched alec get dragged away from him.

"Stiles please don't die on me, I-I never told you I loved you. We never got engaged or married please stiles don leave me alone." Alec cried whilst watching the love of his life die in his arms

"This is all your fault stiles!" Scott yelled, "she's gone and that's on you!"

Stiles was in the training room at 3 am training with the seraph blade when Alec walked in
"what are you doing awake at this hour?" Alec asked

"I could ask you the same thing" Stiles replied out of breath as he put the blade away and sat on the step

"couldn't sleep, I had too much on my mind" Alec replied sitting next to stiles "bad dream," Stiles said back bluntly staring at the floor

"Are you okay?"
"No-yeah, yeah I'm fine" Stiles replied. Alec glanced at him not believing it one bit, but let it slide noticing that the pale boy obviously didn't want to talk about it.

It'd been a few months since Stiles arrived at the institute, everyone had warmed up to the boy even Jace. As for stiles, he still had nightmares every night, hardly getting any sleep mentally he wasn't okay, he hadn't been mentally okay for years. Physically though he's gotten more muscular, he's not the skinny fragile boy anymore he's got a little more confidence now but he's still broken and Alec could see that.

"We have a new mission, is a little far from here," Alec said
"How far?" Stiles asked excited for a new mission

"It's in beacon hills California. There have been reports of multiple deaths and teenagers gone missing then show up dead with their blood replaced with mercury." Alec spoke and stiles visibly froze and started to shake.

"It's a little odd if you ask me.... hey? Are you okay?" Alec asked now noticing the boys panicked expression "yup. Fine." Stiles choked out Alec immediately jumped in front of stiles "hey whats wrong?" Alec questioned "nothing, nothing I'm okay," Stiles said calmly 

"Okay. well, I'm gonna head to bed and you should too." Alec stated "is that an invitation?" stiles smirked 'No now go to bed." Alec said blushing whilst stiles started laughing.

"Okay, I'll head to bed" stiles stated and walked down the steps of the training room and Alec walked stiles to his room. "Night Stiles," Alec said as he turned to stiles. They both stood there for a moment staring at each other "night Alec" stiles whispered and closed the door.
