Sorry for the wait groovy people!! To apologise, I put in a Meeko POV :):) hope you like!

STELLA

Waking up on the sofa sleepily, I noticed it had gotten dark outside so I looked around for Meeko but he wasn’t where he was when I last saw him. I looked over towards the front door and noticed it was ajar. Closing it hesitatingly, I looked around the apartment and felt something different… it didn’t feel homey. Where was Meeko? Knowing he won’t get into too much trouble, I walked into the kitchen to flick on the kettle and came face to face with the man I met in the forest. Charles. I stood dead in my tracks not taking my eyes off him. We stood there for a while as he studied me like a book, making me cringe.

“So, you’re little miss princess?” He asked with a snide smile. It made me shiver coldly.

“What are you doing here?” I asked, trying to sound strong. I swallowed nervously. Charles narrowed his eyes still smiling but never answered me. I noticed the other one wasn’t here. “What do you want?” I asked, taking a step back. Charles followed instantly.

“I think you know what I want… And maybe a little more” his grin widened as his eyes filled with lust making me feel sick. I saw in the corner of my eye, garlic cut open and I remembered what it did to vampires.

“Where’s the other one? Alicia.” I asked, side-tracking him. He laughed a cold laugh.

“She didn’t realise who you were. But when she finally does, I would have already gotten you. For myself…” He trailed off focusing on something else other that my face. My neck. I swallowed again nervously.

“But doesn’t Serenula want me…?” I replied, a little uncomfortable. I had my mind set on the garlic and was going to make a break for it any second now.

“Serenula doesn’t need to know… and anyway, once I’ve drink your sweet… delicious blood… I’ll be stronger than her and anyone else. I wouldn’t worry about her” he replied, still focused on my neck. I felt as confused as a cow on Astroturf!

“Well, that’s too bad… because I really don’t think you’ll succeed. Mason will be here any minute now-“ I wish. “-and he’ll kick your scrawny ass. So I’d get out of here before you have the chance”

“I don’t think that’s how it works sweetie” he glared evilly. “Now stay still-“ I made a grab for the garlic quickly and felt him grab me, slamming me against the wall but I wouldn’t have it. I crushed the garlic in my hands and pressed them to his face pushing him away. He screamed in agony on the floor and I was stunned at first. But then I gathered myself and quickly ran out the kitchen, just as I heard “You’ll regret that bitch!”

I ran wildly to the front door but before I could get even half way towards it, I felt a hand cover my mouth making me scream and a few tears fall down my cheeks. Just as he held me against him, the front door opened and 2 guys walked through, Mason and another guy that had familiar eyes. Mason was alert at once and growled lowly. The other guy was right on his tail but held on to Mason’s shoulder, glaring at Charles.

Charles laughed coldly, pulling me back against him harder letting go of my mouth but moved my hair away from my neck, my breath quickening. As I struggled against his hold, my eyes widened as I felt his lips against my neck, letting a sob out and looked at Mason the whole time. Just as I felt teeth against my skin, I let out a scared whimper closing my eyes, but then his lips disappeared and Charles had let go of me just as I heard a crash behind me. My eyes burst open and I spun around to see Charles on the floor with the other guy on top of him holding him down, glaring at him furiously. Feeling weak, I groped for something and felt warm protective arms around me. The tingles where we touched told me it was Mason.
