Tonys POV
I walked into the squad room and saw some kid sitting at my desk. He had brown hair with bang that went to his eye brows. He kinda had that hipster hair style. "Hey kid" I said. He shook his head. "Oh. Sorry. Are you agent DiNozzo?" he asked as he stood up from my chair. He had on a pair of blue jeans, black converse, a white t-shirt and a leather jacket. He was about an inch shorter than me and he was a good looking kid. "Yea. And you are". "James. James Samson". "Well how may I help you James". "Well...um my dad kinda abandoned me. And I found a number on the drug store counter with the business cards and it was your desk number so I came here". "Do you have any other family". "No. It's just me now. My mom died when I was 8. I am 16 now". "Ok. Well I guess you can stay with me until we get you a place to stay permanatly. But you can call me Tony". "Thanks Tony". Then the elevator dinged and in walked Ziva and Kate. I saw James's eyes widen when he saw Kate. "Who's that" he said. "That's Kate Swan. She just got here yesterday. And the woman behind her is Ziva David".
Kate's POV
Me and Ziva walked in the bull pen and I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the boy standing next to Tony. He was tall, well built and handsome. And and... "Kate. Kate. Earth to teenager" I heard Zivas voice. I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at Ziva. "Ma'am?". "You ok". "Oh yea...i am fine" I said. We walked up to them. "Hi Tony. And who is this" Ziva asked. "Hi. I'm James Samson" he said. "Hi. This is Kate and I'm Ziva". "Hi" I said shyly. "Hey Kate why don't you go show James around" Tony said. "Uh...ok".
Zivas POV
Kate and James left an I looked at Tony. "Did you see that" I said. "Yea they were in there own little world". "He is a cute kid. He kinda looks a little like you Tony". "Kate looks exactly like you". I went and sat at me desk then started to work.
James POV
Kate was walking next to me down the hall way. She is so funny, sweet, caring, and she's beautiful. God she is gorgeous. Kate was telling a story. "Ok so all of my friends were piled into my car, completely waisted. I was the one that was smart and did not drink so I have to drive all 7 of them home. I even had one of them tied to the roof of the car. So I ask "where to first" and my friend Lisa behind me says "your mothers butt" just randomly". I busted out laughing and so did she. Our laughing died down and I looked down at Kate and smiled
Zivas POV
Kate and James came back and Kate had a big smile on her face. She came and sat behind my desk and leaned up against it. I got out of my chair and sat next to her. "So what happened?" I asked. "I'll tell you when we get home". "Hmm. Ok" I said.
Back at Zivas
"Ok ok tell me what happened" I said bouncing on the bed. Kate came and sat next to me. "Ok first stop jumping like a 3 year old" she said. I stopped jumping. "Ok. Ziva, he's perfect" she said flopping down on the bed "he is sweet, funny, smart, and his eyes. Oh gosh those green eyes, I could drown in them". I started to laugh at her. "Why are you laughing...." she whined stuffing her face into a pillow. "Ok I am sorry" I said. "I am not telling you anything anymore" she whined. "No no I am sorry. Please talk to me. Do not shut me out". "Hmm" she huffed. "Ok. But Ziva I think I am in love" she said. I saw it in her eyes. I really think she is in love.
Tonys place
Tonys POV
James told me about his childhood and his interest. He loves movies which is great. James was siting on my couch zoned out. "Hey" I said. "Hey Tony". "You've been zoned out for the past 20minuets. What are you thinking about". "Kate" he said. "Oh. So you do like her". "Yea. I means she's smart, funny, caring, and beautiful. Tony if you tell anyone this I will hurt you. I think I am in love". James went to sleep in my guest room but I stayed up and thought about Ziva. I am in love with Ziva.
Next day at Ncis
"Grab your gear" Gibbs said. Ziva and I grabbed our stuff. McGee is sick so he's no here. "What about us" Kate said pointing at James. "You two stay here". We got to the crime scene. "DiNozzo. There's a cat rooming around here. Find it". "Why me". Gibbs glared at me. "On it boss". I got the cat in the box and it hissed at me. I felt a hand on my butt and Ziva made a cat meow behind me. "Scared of a little kitty cat, Tony" she said running her hand down my thigh. "I think I'm more scared of you" I said. She slapped my butt then walked off. We finished the scene then went back to Ncis. Me and Ziva walked into the bull pen. Ziva slapped my butt again before we went to our desk. "I saw that Ziva" Kate said smirking at her. "I do not know what your talking about" she said leaning over her desk. "Uh-huh" Kate said. Kate was sitting on McGees desk and James was in his chair. James flipped his hair out of his eyes and smirked at me. "What?" I asked. "Come here" he said. I walked over to the two of them. "Why on earth have you not asked Ziva out yet. She's obviously crazy about you" James said. "There are rules" Kate said to James. "That's dumb" James said. "Yes it is but I can't help the rules" I said. "Hey Tony get over here" I heard Zivas voice. I walked over to her desk and stood next to her. "What is it Zee-vah". "Look I found this in an old file on my computer" she clicked on a file. The wet t-shirt contest picture of Kate popped up. "Ha I remember that" I said putting my hand on her back. "I can't believe she's been gone for 8years" I said. I move my hand down her back to right above her butt. "Tony..." she said looking up at me. "You two stop fooling around an get I work" I heard Gibbs say behind us. A hand contacted the back of my head and I shot up then walked to my desk. James and Kate were snickering in the corner.
Kate's POV
"James come to the elevator. I have a plan" I whispered. "K". We got up and walked to the elevator. I flipped the off switch. "We have to get thembtogether" I said. "Well how are we going to that?". "Oh oh. Why don't we lock them in a closet and get Abby to put a camera in there. ". "That could work. Ok let's do it". I hit Abby's floor. We waked out of the elevator but the James stopped me. "This reminds me of The Parent Trap". "The what?". "The Parent Trap. With Lindsay Lohan". I looked at him confused. "Never mind" he said. We walked into Abby's lad. "Abby" I said. "Ziva-oh hey Kate. I thought you were Ziva" she said turning around. "What can I help you two with". We told her our plan. "OMG that perfect. Ok I'll get the camera you get Tony and Ziva. We can use supply closet down the hall". We ran to the elevator and road up stairs. My phone rang. "Hey it's Abbs. I got the camera set up". "Ok great. We'll be there in a sec". We walked into the bull pen. "Hey Tony, Ziva we gotta show you something". "Ok".
Zivas POV
I opened the door and we looked in. Then we were pushed in and the door shut being us. "Kate. James! this is not funny now open the door" I said banging on the door. I tried opening it but it was locked. I heard laughing from the other side. "Open the door" I yelled.
