Kate's POV
I pulled out my phone and looked at the closet camera. "Ok we are all set. I have put crime scene tap at the elevator so no one will open the door" James said. "Well come on we need to go back to Abby's lab" I said grabbing his hand and dragging him down the hall way.
Zivas POV
I slid down the door until my butt hit the floor. "Ugh this floor is going to freeze my butt off" I said. "You can come sit in my lap" Tony said. "Are you sure". "Yea. I don't mine". I went and sat down in Tonys lap and he wrapped his arms around me. "I am going to kill them for locking us in here" I said. "It is not so bad" Tony said. "Why do you say that?" I asked. "Because I am in here with you" he said. I smiled at him and kissed him on the cheek. He rested his chin on my shoulder.
James POV
We were sitting in Abby's lab watching them. "Oh my gosh look at them" Abby said. Kate sat next to me. She was very close and I couldn't help but glance over at her once every few minuets. I was close enough to where the smell of her vanilla shampoo travel my way. "Hey what are you three doing and where is DiNozzo and David" Gibbs said walking in. "We are watching Tony and Ziva being locked in a closet together" I said. "Well that sounds interesting to watch" he said sitting behind us in Abby's chair.
Tonys POV
Ziva sat in my lap giggling about a joke that I told. "That cat at the crime scene kinda reminded me of you". She looked at me and smirked at me. "What she was very sneaky" I said. She smacked me on the chest. "I think It can be very sexy for you though" I said. Ziva smiled at me and kissed me on the cheek when she pulled away from my cheek I clasped my hands behind her neck and pulled her into a kiss. She kissed me back and our lips fit together perfectly. Ziva pulled away and smiled at me. "This is not that comfortable" she said standing up a little then sitting in front of me Indian style. "That's better" she said. Ziva cupped my face and pulled me back into a kiss.
Kate's POV
The four of us were watching Tony and Ziva then Tony pulled Ziva into a kiss. "Oh my gosh!" me and Abby scream. "He kissed her!" Abby scream. "And she's still kissing him" James added chuckling. I looked back at Gibbs and he had a smile on his face.
Zivas POV
Tony kissed me softly and he ran his fingers through my hair. Tony pulled me into his lap and I wrapped my legs around him. I giggled into his mouth and kissed him harder. I pulled away but kept our lips close. "Watch you head" I said. I put my hand on the back of his head and gently laid him down on the floor. I hovered over him and smiled. "I guess we will have to thank James and Kate" he said running his hands down my spine. "Or we could get a little pay back for locking us in a closet. But I am happy that they did" I said. Tony kissed me again then pulled away. He picked me up off of his lap them sat up. "I am going to see if I can pick the lock" Tony said. "Can I have one more kiss" I asked. "Of course". Tony leaned in and gave me one more kiss before picking the lock on the closet. We opened the door and stepped out. "Kate, James!" I yelled . We walked into Abby's lab. James, Kate, Abby, an Gibbs were standing there. "What the heck kids" I said. "What? you two did not enjoy your little make out session in the closet" they said snickering. "What are you talking about?" Tony said. "Oh just this" James said pointing the remote at the plasma. A video of us kissing in the closet came up. "What? How?" I said. "You two have some explaining to do" Gibbs said. "I...I..." tears started to form in my eyes. I was so embarrassed. I walked pt of the lab tears flooding down my face. "Ziva, Ziva come back" I heard Tonys voice behind me. "Leave me alone" I said turning the corner. Someone grabbed my arm and stopped me. "Ziva baby. Please wait" Tonys sweet voice came behind me. I turned to him and tears flooded down my face. "Why are you so up set Ziva". "I-I am embarrassed and...and it is that time of the month" I said. "Oh...well that's natural. It is ok Ziva" Tony said caressing my cheek. I sniffled. "Don't cry anymore beautiful" Tony said whipping the tears from my face. Tony leaned in and kissed me softly. I snaked my arms around his neck.. He tried to pull away but I pulled him back. We pulled away. Tony put his hands in my back pocket and cupped my butt. "Tony...". I slapped his arm and he let go of me. "Ziva..." I heard Kate. "Yes sweetie" I asked looking at her. She came and embarrassed me into a hug them started to cry. "Kate. Sweetie what is it" I said stroking her head. "I-I am s-sorry. I did not mean to make you cry" she sobbed. "Oh sweetie. It is ok". "Really". "Yes it is ok". We walked back to the lab. Finally you two figured it out" gibbs said. We talked about it with Gibbs and he said we could be together we just have to try to keep it out of the office. "Hey Tony. Let's have a movie night at my place tonight with the kids. You can bring the movies" I suggested. "That sounds great".
Later that night Zivas place
"Ziva Ziva. How is my hair, does it look good. And what about my outfit. Ziva what if he thinks I am ugly" Kate fretted. "You look gorgeous. And you are not ugly, you are beautiful". Then there was a knock at the door. "Go get the door" I said shoeing the nervous teenager.
