Noelle Ramos was stressed out. She hadn't given a damn about Solo and Ensemble until the last week. She remembered her teacher's words. "Don't worry, the pianist will be here this Friday." Now she paced the office and thought about throwing her violin out the window. She sat down and opened up her phone and searched through the apps for the one she was looking for.

"YouTube, where are you when I need you the most..." She went into the last app group and found it. She sighed. Finally. Noelle put on her headphones and searched up 'Gavotte 5 by Jean Becker.' A result was a man with a violin. 'This seems legit.' She put it on and heard him playing.

'I've got this in the bag.' Oh, have we mentioned that Noelle has a talent of memory? No? Ok too bad. She listened to it a few times before picking up her violin and playing along.

"AAH MY EARS!" Noelle dismissed her sister's taunts with a squeaky noise. That shut her up. She played along for a few more minutes before memorizing it. She got up and went out of the office. "MOM, I FINISHED PRACTICING!" Her mom looked up and continued cooking. "That's good, sweetie." Noelle ignored her and went to watch TV thinking about that day.

Today was the day of the pianist. Noelle got her stuff and headed to the Orchestra Room. Good things were happening to her. She got to skip Gym Class: The horror of middle school. She was immediately greeted by her orchestra teacher: Ms.Slavonic and her pianist: Lily. She unpacked and handed the pianist her check. "Why thank you dear!" Noelle sighed inwardly. No one noticed.

Her pianist began the introduction and Noelle began to play. "Wow! You've improved so much in one week!" Lily was impressed. Noelle blew a strand of hair away. "I practiced a lot." Lily nodded and they rehearsed for a few more minutes before Noelle could leave.

Noelle Ramos walked out and smirked. Less than a month and she was already impressing her friends who worked at it for 4 months. ' I have definitely got this in the bag'

Noelle walked out of the car and grabbed her violin. Her dad climbed out and gazed in awe. "Tompkins is huge!" They marveled at the school before her dad broke the silence. "We should get in so you can practice. 'Like I'll need to though' Noelle smiled.

They walked into the practicing room and her dad handed her 20 bucks. "Here, buy us a pizza slice." Noelle walked up and got the pizza to her dad. While they were eating her friend walked out and that was the signal for them to head to the room. Noelle finished her pizza slice and waited for her dad.

When he was finished, they walked to the other end of the school and waited outside for her friend to finish. When she walked out her dad held up the camera and smiled. "I'll record you, okay?" Noelle nodded and smirked. 'I've got this in the bag.'

Noelle performed a bit cautiously and a little too aware of the camera and her family on the phone. The judge looked at her too much. She finished and breathed a sigh of relief. The judge was not as impressed as Noelle wanted her to be. "Try to work on the rhythm next time" Noelle frowned and walked out with her dad.

Ms. Slavonic was cheerful. She handed Noelle a critique sheet and looked at her. "You did great out there." Noelle smiled and opened up the sheet.

Class II Noelle stared at the sheet in dismay. Only class Is got the medals. Good evening Noelle,Work on your rhythm and bowing. Everything else was great. You are off to a good start Noelle put on a fake smile as everyone else got a class one.

I hate YouTube. YouTube is unreliable.
