"Crap" Josephine said as she looked at her watch "I'm going to be late again. Sprinting down the stairs she tripped and fell on a man. "O gosh I'm so sorry " Said Josephine quickly getting off the man. " it's ok I'm fine"the man replied with a giggle. " I should have been watching were I was going" she continued noticing his suit.

" your suit is so dirty now oh gosh I'm sorry" Josephine said feeling even worse then before. " it's fine"came a voice behind the well dressed man sounding a little annoyed. " where's such a fine lady running off to in such a hurry" this time she could see who the voice belonged too.

"work" she said looking down a her watch as panic flowed through her again. " so sorry about you suit but I'm going to be late" Josephine continued.

"wait before you go were with the FBI and we need to ask you some questions" replied the man that she just ran into now realizing his hight as he straightened up.

"Oh yes of course anything". " have you noticed anything weird, like weird sounds smells that kinda thing" the shorter one said." Umm not that I know of ".

" one more thing where's apartment D6" said the taller one cutting in. Go up two flights of stairs and it's the third door on the left, now If you don't mind a really need to be going " she continued making her way to her car. " thank you for the help" said the taller one while the shorter one was checking you out.

Felling very uncomfortable Josephine ran to her car. "God I'm so late" she said talking to herself. Not even caring that the FBI were climbing up the stairs of her apartment building.

Finally making it to work she went to the cash register Hopeing that no one notice she was late." Josephine were have you been your half an hour late" said a voice coming out of the kitchen.

"Sorry there were these FBI agents asking me questions" she replied. " what happened why are the agents at your apartment" continued the voice. " honestly not sure Maria ". " it just seems kinda weird maybe they had the wrong building, the one a couple blocks south had a murder but maybe they are  just checking around".

" you can never be to sure" came a voice from the booth in front of her. " that's true Jim" Josephine replied. That's one thing that she loved about working at a diner a lot of the people she new by name.

"It's almost 8:00 pm" Josephine said to herself knowing that she only had three more hours of work left. "Yes it is Hun" shouted  Maria from the kitchen. " honestly we need more help it's just the four of us"Josephine yelled back. " I'm tiered of working this hole time with only you to help me out here.

" honestly we all wish we had more help" one of the cooks said. Right now you could talk without any customers coming in because nobody ever came at 8:10 But right as Josephine thought that she heard the bell ring.

Going over to we're the costumers  sat down Josephine she released that it was the two FBI agents from this morning. "Can I get you anything to drink she said fast wanting to tell Maria that it was them. "No thanks waters fine" the taller one said looking up from his menu. Recognizing her, gave her a smile.

"Do you have beer" the shorter one asked. " umm no". "Fine I'll have a coke". "I'll be right back with your drinks".She heard a kick come from behind her, she assumed the shorter one had been checking her out again and other one kick him. A smile crept on her face that the other one had some decency.

"Those are the FBI agents I had been talking about earlier" Josephine stated. "They are sure easy on the eyes" giving Maria a little jab she grabbed the drinks for the boys.

" are you ready to order " she ask while setting the drinks down. " we sure are sweet cheeks" said the short one. "I'm Dean by the way" he continued. Hearing a thud and a yelp come from Dean you assumed the other had kick him again.

"I'll have a salad" the other one said. " and I'll have a bacon burger" said Dean. "I'll be right back with those for you. " thank you" said the tall one still not sure of his name.

"One salad and one bacon burger" Josephine told the cook. Maria who had been watching the flirting walk over to Josephine. "Looks like someone thinks you're attractive" said Maria.

"Yeah I'm not interested don't get me wrong he's easy on the eyes like you said but not me type". " come on it's been forever since someone showed any interest in you" Maria continued. " way to help me self-esteem" Josephine said with a laugh." You know what I mean ". "I know". "I'm not going to talk about this anymore" she continued with a giggle. " I have a job to do" she continued.

Look one of these stupid things sorry for ending the chapter at a weird spot but if I kept on going the chapter would be to long.also I'm going to try to finish this story even if it sucks because I'm weird. I'll try and post a chapter once a week. :)
