The road

Team up

Jose woke up to Sam siting next to her asleep and Dean sitting at the table with a beer and looking at his computer. But something was different she wasn't afraid of Sam anymore, she new that he wouldn't Hurt her anymore.

A few minutes passed of Jose just watching him but it quickly came to an end when Dean dropped a book. Sam suddenly woke up but in doing so put his hand on Jose. "Hey your up" he said looking down at his hand. "You doing ok" Sam said, slowly taking his hand off of hers. "Well as good as I can be" Jose said with a laugh.

"Yeah you were out forever" Dean said from the background. "Wait how long have I been gone my boss is going to kill me" she said trying to get up. "Hey your not supposed to get up you need to rest".

"I'm fine...no pain at all" Josephine said still trying to get up. "No sit I'm supposed to give you this" he said showing her a bottle. "Now just lay there" Sam said getting up with a bottle in his hand. "What about my job" she asked.

"Oh yeah you're definitely fired" dean said from the table. "Here drink this" Sam said handing her a cup. "So I don't have a job that's just  great". "Hey Dean can I talk with you" Sam said suddenly. " umm Yeah okay" dean said going into the other room.

While they left she tried to get up but it hurt too much. They we're gone for a few minutes but returning into the room Sam said "hey since you don't have a job if you want you could work with us".

"Your insight on demons could be helpful" Dean added. "I'm honestly not a demon by the way I don't even have powers I mean I can sometimes see them but that's it" she explained.

"Wait you can see demons" Dean asked. "Yeah like I said sometimes I can't always tell". "That's even more reason why i...we need you" Sam said trying to recover.

"Well I guess so since I don't have a job anymore if you guys don't mind" . "honestly no trouble at all we could use the company " Sam said. "We will leave in a few day's if you give us the keys to your apartment so we can pack stuff up for you" Dean said.

"Thank you but I honestly only own some books and a weeks worth of clothes so it would only take a few minutes to pack" Josephine explained. "Do you want us to bring the clothes here for you" Sam asked.

"If it's not to much of an inconvenience there's a bag in my closet that you can put them in, and my keys are in my jacket pocket". "Dean you stay here and keep Jose company and I'll go get your stuff"Sam said excitedly.

"I'm not going to keep her company Sam" Dean said after him but he was already out the door. "Is it fine if I go back on my computer" Dean asked annoyed. "Honestly do whatever you want I'm going to take a nap".

"Good, I'm not in the mood to babysit". "And I'm not in the mood to be babysat" Josephine replied with a laugh. It took her a bit but she fell into a deep sleep.

A couple hours passed before Sam came home and Dean true to his word stayed on his computer blasting classic rock through his head phones. " Dean " Sam said pulling the head phones off. "Have you been on the computer the hole time" Sam asked clearly distressed.

"Yeah but she's been sleeping the hole time" Dean said annoyed. "There's no harm done" Dean continued. Sam walked over to her and saw that she was still asleep.

Simultaneously laying Jose bag down sat in the chair next to the bed. "Don't worry I'll take care of you" Sam said in a whisper so no one could hear him.
