Thea touches up on her thigh high boots and short sleeved black mini skater dress. Her make up; a winged eyeliner and maroon matte lipstick.
Beauty followed the girl everywhere, from her works of art to her soft features.
"Come on babe. We'll be late" Hailey enters the room holding out a necklace for her.
"I don't know why I agreed to this"
"Because you are her best friend?" Julia replies while entering the room, taking beige stilettos from the shoe rack.
"Trust me. You will like him" the mistress speaks as she touches up on her makeup.
Thea rolls her eyes internally as she definitely knows she will not like a man that cheats on his wife. Her mood lightens up once she remembers that three hours from now the house will be full with high youth.
"Come on guys! Chan's been waiting for almost an hour!"
Hailey had been bought for an apartment, and needed first hand advise from her best friends on what to buy. The two were finally moving in together and the girls knew it was a way of reducing the cost of meeting up in expensive hotel rooms. There was no way he wanted her as a second wife. Even though she claims so.
They reach the showroom after a thirty minute drive, it looked more like a mall than a workshop. The clear windows left nothing out, making it dazzle under the morning sun.
"DADDY!!" A screech forces them to turn away their eyes to the new sight of Hailey hugging her boyfriend.
The squad nods in agreement as they drink in the handsome man. He had on a fitting luxury tuxedo, no ring. One could never tell that he is a married man.
Thea quickly glances away as she imagines his wife believing that he was at work or somewhere else.
Looking back at the four gorgeous women, he grins like a boy that has just been given new toys.
"Hello ladies"
Starting with the living room section they look around. White faux fur was a thumbs up from the girls. The theme was black and white, from cushions to oak tables.
He takes his time in being the funny guy, telling jokes to get the girls to laugh. Soon they find themselves being comfortable around him and Chan would be seen nudging his shoulder now and then.
Next was Julia who didn't mind when he grinds on her in the excuse of the space being small. Thea notices all this at the corner of her eye, fake smiling when the girls have a good time.
His eyes occasionally wander to the hazel eyed girl who rarely laughs at his jokes. Soon she catches him staring and fights the urge to scold him. She bites her tongue instead to withhold any insults, walking away to the other side of the room.
"How can she love such a man?" She whispers to herself, taking a cherry sweet and popping it in her mouth.
"Baby. Let's check the bedroom section... by ourselves" Hailey speaks, locking hands with the married man.
Jamal steals a glance at the hazel eyed girl as he turns to leave with what he chose to be with.

The drive back home was euphoric as the squad decide to pregame. Hailey and her man lock themselves in her room and the living room is now packed with Chan and Thea's high school friends.
Thea dances to the electronic music as she laughes heartily, undoubtedly, the trouble makers know how to have fun.
Soon she's conversing with people and playing spin the bottle.
"So you've watched Furious Heat?" a former classmate asks as she sips from the red cup. "Of course!" She clasps her hands deep inside knowing that she only watched the trailer.
"I love the part where she shoots three guys at once and barrel rolls to the tunnel"
He laughs nodding in agreement, "And the part where Zead hangs on the helicopter to stop the bandits from escaping" Thea fake laughs nodding her head.
"I know right!"
Her former best friend, walks in on the conversation stealing her from the guy. Truth be told she doesn't remember his name and was just being nice.
"Ignoring me these days?"
"You're so silly Tate. What makes you say that?"
"Well you--"
"I have to go look for Hailey. She has uhh.. something that ..."
"Yeah sure"
She walks away from the awkward conversation. Wanting nothing to do with him. It's been two years since they last met and it doesn't help as she finds him more attractive.
They always had that tension between them but none of them confessed their feelings for the other. Not being able to handle the fact that he left for college, she was finally ready to tell him. But Tate came back with a girl during the spring break and looks like he is madly in love.
