Out if the corner of your eye you see...
Maddie and Kalani start to snicker and look up at you. What are they doing and thinking? It got you nervous.
"Hey are you ok?" Chloe asks concerned
"Um yeah sorry I just got distracted" you state lying through your teeth. You weren't distracted, you were deep in thought about what they were laughing about.
You pull Chloe into the bathroom.
"Maddie and Kalani were laughing and looking up at me. I'm getting nervous. Can you figure out what it is about?" You say nervously.
"Anything for my best friend. They won't get to you." She smiles and hugs you. This is your true friend.
You go back to the den and start homework and stretch and listen to your music with headphones in.
You look up and see Paige walk over to you
"We have to talk..." she starts to say.
