Chapter 11

Kidd's POV

I woke up to see Crona still fast asleep. I pried myself from his body, sitting up and throwing my shirt and some shorts on. I walked out of the room looking down the hall. Scratching the back of my head I walked down only the sound of my bare footsteps echoing through the hall. I peered into the living room where the noise came from and nothing seemed out of place. I walked into the room noticing a drunk patty passed out on the couch.

Maybe it was patty who came in last night. I walked over to her shaking her awake.

She jolted up hazy from sleep and a hangover.

"Hey what time did you get home last night?"

Patty looked at me like with a confused expression on my face then looked over at the clock on the wall.

"Uhh, 6:30am, I don't know ask Liz."

I frowned realizing that wasn't the time I heard someone walking through the house.

"Where's Liz?"
Patty looked around the room and shrugged.

"She might have stayed at a boy's house last night, she left the bar at like 2?"

I frowned deciding patty wasn't much help due to her hangover. I grabbed her phone that sat on the end of the bed and check her phone calls.

......

The times seem about right from what patty said. "Shit." I cursed under my breath.
Who was in my house?
I set patty's phone back down and looked in the kitchen, I turned back to patty.

"Did any of you come back around midnight?"
Patty shook her head

I walked into the kitchen and looked around nothing had moved. I crossed my arms.

Did my dad visit and shortly realize it was late and left?

I huffed, I couldn't think of who would have walked into my house and just left.

I walked back towards my bedroom and peered into the room to see Crona was still passed out. I smiled. Maybe it was my imagination.

I walked over to Crona and sat at the end of the bed. I rubbed his leg softly trying to ease him awake.

I noticed his eye flutter open as he yawned rubbing his eyes.

"Good morning sleeping beauty." I said giggling a bit. Crona smiled sitting up as gave him a small kiss on the cheek which made Crona instantly blush a bright red.

Why his he so freaking adorable!!

I smiled at his timid reaction and passed him some clothing to put on.

He slipped on a white dress shirt and fuzzy sweats.

I stood up letting him change as I headed back into the hall.

"I'll make breakfast, come out when your ready." I added before slipping out. I headed towards the kitchen and started to make some waffles and eggs.

In the middle of making the waffle batter Liz walked in looking like a mess.

"Liz go clean up and join us for breakfast."

"Yea yea, whatever."

I hated how Liz has became a grown teenager, she does what ever she wants and it's annoying.

I started to cook up the waffles and Crona finally walked out joining me in making breakfast.

I made the waffles while Crona cooked up the eggs and attempting to keep ragnarok from eating everything.

I set the table up with the finished food and began to eat with Crona. Just before finishing Crona had to use the bathroom. So he walked off towards the bathroom. Liz shortly after walked in with a smug look on her face.

"What?"
"Does someone need to explain?"
"What!?"
Liz pulled out the used condom from behind her back. My heart stopped. Shit...

"Who's the lucky girl?"
"No one, now throw that out!"

I tried to keep my cool but she was being persistent.
"Tell me or your friends get to know you have a second life."

"Liz I will hurt you, don't you know who I am?!"

"Haha you can't scare me."

I stood up pushing the table away from me. I stormed towards her as she backed up her smug look still on her face.

"Give it!"

"No."
She turned and began to run around the house and I attempted to chase her but she kept throwing furniture in my way.

Liz was on one side of the couch while I stood on the other.we eyed eachother down.
"Liz... give it to me now!"
Liz shook her head and stuck her tongue out.

Crona walked into the room and stopped noticing that I was in a stare down with Liz.
I looked at Crona my heart dropped into my stomach.

Liz gasped and looked at Crona.
"Really?!"

I shoot an evil glare at Liz and jumped across the couch tackling her. Managing to take the evidence from her hand and quickly shove it in my pocket.

Crona just stood in the doorway confused and concerned.

I stood up dusting my shorts and I smiled realizing it's probably noticeable that it's a nervous smile.

"Liz was just teasing my OCD."
I lied feeling proud of my lie.

Liz got up frowning
"Uh huh sure.."
I shot one more glare at her and she finally backed off.
