Chapter 14

Kidd's POV

I woke up not feeling the presence of Crona, I looked over not seeing him. Where did he go?
I sat up looking around.

"Crona?"

"Crona!"

I got up and left his room looking around the house not finding Crona, i only found patty and Liz passed out on the couch.

"Why would he leave without telling me?"

I mumbled under my breath as I left the house making my way to maka's house.

I walked up knocking on their door looking down realizing I was still in my pyjamas. I groaned in annoyance but let it go since Crona was more important.

The door opened and maka greeted Kidd with a strange look.

"Why are you-"

"Not important, Crona is missing!"

"What? You sure he isn't just wandering?"

"Wouldn't he have told me?"

"Not always."

I frowned did maka not believe me? I will find him. I turned and walked off maka looking concerned.

I headed to the DWMA walking to my fathers office to report crona's disappearance.
It's been three years since me and my friends graduated from the DWMA but It feels like only yesterday I first enrolled to the DWMA.

I headed to my fathers office noticing maka's dad was talking to him.

They were talking about something important because spirit looked distressed.

"Father!"

"Howdy Kidd, it's been a while hasn't it?"

My dad hasn't changed a bit.
"Yes, but I have some-"
"Come sit i was actually going to talk to you tonight. Spirit has been doing some work and we've had a witch sighting recently."

I froze, a witch sighting? But we haven't seen a single witch for two years?

"Haven't they all been dealt with?"

"That's what we thought but we've come to the conclusion they have been hiding away and only now they are starting to make appearance."

"Why?"

"We don't have a clue but we were wondering if you and your friends could do some research, you all were my top students."

"Okay, but father I-"

"And your friend Crona could do some good help since his mother was a witch, maybe he could give some insight-"

"Father!!"

"Yes?"

"That's why I'm here, Crona went missing!"

"Oh... that's not good, then we must start our search, it could be this witch we recently found that may behind his disappearance."

"But what would a witch want with Crona?"

My father shrugged and I frowned turning and leaving his office, I'm determined to find this witch that stole Crona.

Who ever she is, will pay...
