it's "Tear" as in "Crying tears" not "Tear" as in tearing a hole through something

They're SHOULDERS would be above the treetops in a forest -Tail was cut off when young -the dark blue streaks under his eyes is actually "tears" that don't fade or go away -always drunk -when he's not drunk he's actually very much paranoid of EVERYTHING. Even an BUNNY RABBIT -no one has seen him sober or non drunk before but CD -DEFINATION OF WRATH WHEN MAD
Also I tried to make him look creepy. (and spent an hour on shading). Did I manage to do it? Or did I fail? I think I failed. Idk you guys tell me.
