The wind, viciously threw my hair around. The cold air made the tear stains on my damp face, cold. I shivered at the sudden change in temperature. I inhaled, only to fill my body with the stench of death! It threatened to consume me. I wanted to leave so badly, but I couldn't. I have to be here for her, She's my best friend. I wanted to hug her, but can't. I can't as she is buried 12 feet below the ground. And in the one place she hated too. A graveyard. She's surround by death, darkness and decomposing bodies. She hated the dark. Now, she has to spend eternity, rotting in it. I hated her parents decision. I suggested cremating her, spreading her somewhere she loved, and possibly in the light. But no. Instead, they chuck her in a box and throw her in the ground. Yeah, love you sweetheart. I mean, don't get me wrong, the Johnson's are lovely people. And I would never have wished this upon them. But it happened, and there's nothing we can do. Everything looked like a tragic movie scene. A girl, wearing a black dress, in a graveyard with a red rose in her hand. Grey sky, black umbrellas, and a drizzle of rain. Something court my attention. There, in the corner of my eye, was a little snowdrop. Never did I imagine that something so beautiful, can grow in such a horrible place. Well...it does. It grows on the grave of my best friend. I smiled. Memories of her were flashing through my mind. Yes, we did have fun together. The things we did. We must of been a grade A pain in our parents asses. Good times, good memories. And i'll never forget them.
