I blink my eyes open to see myself standing in the Meadow back home. But how? I was in the Capitol, preparing to face my death.

As I look around and try to comprehend my surroundings I catch something out of the corner of my eye.

A tall, beautiful girl with long blond hair, magnificent blue eyes, and a face that looks like my mother's comes and stands beside.

I whirl half way to meet her eyes. I look up at her my heart pounding. I didn't know what to do or think.

When she spoke I froze. "Hello Jasmine." she says in a sweet voice.

"Y-you know my name?" I eventually croak out.

That makes her eyes light up.

"Of course! How could I not know my precious niece's name?"

'Niece?' I ponder that for a moment. Peeta doesn't have a sister and Katniss did have one... "A-Aunt Prim?" I choke out.

Prim smiles. "I knew you were as smart as your mother." she says with a soft sigh.

I look my aunt up and down, shocked. "I'm dreaming aren't i?" I ask in a whisper.

Prim nods making her braid bounce. "Yes Jasmine."

I continue to examine her. My mom got every detail, every thing perfectly right. I blink and snap back as she asks me a question I'm not prepared for.

"Do you know why your dreaming and I'm here?"

How would I know? I don't. I slowly shrug. "Maybe I'm already dead?"

Prim chuckles slightly. I don't know why that's funny but I just manage a half smile to form across my lips.

"Oh no dear Jasmine! It's not your time yet,"

'When is my time?' I think. I sigh and look back at her as she continues.

"I'm here to help you."

"How?" I blurt out before I know it escapes my lips.

Prim watches me with her soft blue eyes which seems like forever. Then she speaks. "Well you obviously believe you can't win but I know you can. And I'm here to encourage that." before I could snap at how I can't do this even if I was pushed Prim stops me. "Now all you need is confidence." she says as of she read my mind and heart.

"Confidence." I let the word roll off my tongue. "Won't I need that now?"

"Well, your not exactly ready to accept it are you?" Prim asks as she starts to shift her weight.

"Uh I guess not." I fold my arms.

"Oh you will be." Prim's eyes shined.

I'm not exactly sure why she thinks I'll be but I just smile.

"Now you've got to go back. Next time we meet, we'll have more time together."

I watch her as she turns to go. "Oh I love you Jas." she says over her shoulder and walks off as the trees of the Meadow swallow her up.

************

I bolt up right in my bed and look around, the Meadow long gone and I'm back in my room in the Training Center.

I slam my head back on my pillow and stare at the ceiling running the dream with my aunt, whom I've always wanted to meet, through my head. It wasn't long but at least I know who she is now.

A knock on my door jolts me from my thoughts and get up. I open the door and a nervous Madd smiles slightly down at me. "You ready?"

Ready for what? I almost stumble backwards. The Games begin today. My stylist is going to take me to a hovercraft, which is where I'll get my tracker interjected into me and we'll all fly off to the arena.
