Midnight's P.O.V.

We exited the Reverse World and the familiar smell of Viridian City hit my nose. The city hasn't changed much.

"You wanna come with me Midnight? I'm sure my Mother would be thrilled to see you again." Breeze asked.

I shook my head, "No... I'll catch up... There's something I wanna see..." I walked off down the familiar path until I reached the big building that pained me to see.

This is where the Orphanage used to be...

There was a sign on the new building that said "Trainer House". I felt my eyes start to water and I ran off into the forest. That was a shame! Many Orphans lost the place they called home, all for a damn tourist attraction! Anger began to boil inside me, and I felt my cravings begin to start. I didn't try to stop them though, I welcomed them. I wanted that place to go down in flames for what they did! I wanted to destroy is so badly, I wanted to-

I was snapped out of it when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up to find myself staring into the familiar depths of emerald.

"Are you ok Midnight?" Blue asked me.

Is hooked my head and turned away, "No... Go away..."

Blue pushed me to the ground and sat next to me, "Something's wrong Midnight... You can tell me, I'm here for you."

I looked down at my lap, "The-The trainer house here, that's where the Orphanage used to be... That was probably the only place where I have ever truly felt safe..."

Blue took my hand, "You miss it, don't you..."

I nodded, and I felt tears pricking at my eyes. What was happening to me? I am emotionally troubled, and I do not show emotion because of it!

Blue wrapped his arms around me and held me close, "It's ok... You can let those tears out now... It's just you and me now..."

Unable to hold it back, I turn to Blue and cries into his chest. He hugged me close, trying his best to help.

Eventually, I was cried out, and I just hugged him back.

"There... That better?" Blue asked me.

I nodded, "Thanks Blue... I appreciate it... I guess I really do trust you now..."

Blue brought my face up to his, "Midnight, I want you to know that I'll always be here for you..."

Then he leaned up to my ear, and whispered those three words that made my heart flutter.

"I love you..."

Blue's P.O.V.

Well I finally said it... I raised my head from Midnight's ear, finding that sweet smile of her's.

She suddenly closed her eyes and leaned foreword, planting her lips on mine. To be honest, I was a bit surprised, but I closed my eyes and kissed her back.

But ask soon as it started, it left just as quickly. But my face was still red.

Midnight smiled and whispered, "I love you too Blue..."

I smiled and stood up, helping Midnight up as well, "So does that mean we're together then?" I asked.

Midnight nodded, "Yes... Now shall we go?"

I nodded and we walked out of the Forest, hand in hand.

But the moment was ruined when we were ran into. I growled and pushed whoever had ran into us away, "Watch it you git!"

Then I heard a familiar chuckle, "Same ignorant self as usual, huh Blue?"

I stood up to face my Rival, "Red! Watch where you're going next time!" I pulled Midnight to her feet and she got close to me, hiding behind me a little. She's never met Red, so of course she'd be shy.

"Who's this?" Red asked as he looked at Midnight.

"My girlfriend." I replied, holding Midnight close.

Red smirked, "I see."

I glared at Red, "If you start teasing us, you're gonna get a broken nose!"

Red backed up, "Ok ok! Sheesh! Anyhow, Professor Oak's finally back. He wants to see us at his lab back in Pallet Town."

I nodded, then turned to Midnight, "You wanna come with us?"

But she shook her head, "No thanks. I'm gonna go catch up with Rocky and Bree. See you back in the Reverse World, alright?"

I nodded, "Alright. See you later." I kissed her forehead before following Red to Pallet Town.
