Blue pulled up the sight with the hieroglyphics and I smiled. I understood this stuff perfectly.

"Well? What does it say?" He asked me.

"It's describing the ancient legend of Yvetal's curse..." I muttered, "Long ago, in the land of Kalos, there were two kingdoms. One of Dark, and one of Light. They were ruled by two sisters. The one of the Dark had a companion named Yvetal, and the one of the Light had companion called Xernias. They ruled in peace for many years, until one day, the sister of Darkness got angry at the Light sister. This grew into a full fledged war, and Yvetal and Xernias were constently fighting. The kingdoms went into Chaos, and the land was ripped apart by one betrayal... The sister of Darkness got tiered of Yvetal's constant battles and wars disturbing what little peace she could maintain. So she tried to kill Yvetal. Yvetal went into a rage, and laid a curse on the Sister of Darkness. All of her descendants were to be cursed with an inner evil and would kill anything Yvetal wished. Xerneas laid a spell on the sister of Light, her descendants would be the only ones to calm Yvetal's rage and his controlled soldiers..."

Everyone was silent when I finished. I was shocked, but this explained so much... So I was a descendent from the Sister of Darkness, and... Some kind of puppet to Yvetal...

"You see? That explain enough to you?" Shimmer asked me, "Over the generations, the gene has ended in the descendants. Only one family line carries it now. The Boomer Family."

All eyes went to Rockett, but she was just staring at me, "You're a Boomer?!" She asked me.

I shook my head, "No, I'm a Shade."

Shimmer rolled her eyes, "That was the name of your adoptive family. Not your birth family. You and Hailey share the same Mother, and your fathers were brothers, the 'Boomer Brothers' to be more specific."

Rockett and I exchanged glances, "Doesn't that mean we's Half-Sisters AND cousins?" She asked.

Shimmer nodded, "Yep. It does."

???'s P.O.V.

"You sure about this?" I asked.

Hita nodded, "Yes. Once we're out, we find Breeze, and bust the others outta here!"

I sighed, "Alright. But if I get a dart to the butt again, then you're to blame."

Hita nodded and I took a hairpin out of my ponytail and reached through the bars, picking the lock. We slowly opened the door and snuck out.

The girl in the cell across from us looked up at me in utter hatred, "How come you get to get out?!"

I put a finger to my lips, "Sh... We'll get you and the rest out soon... We need to find Breeze and Shimmer first though..." I then turned to Hita, "You ready?"

She nodded and pointed to the wall, opening up the portal to the reverse world, "Let's move!"

We jumped through the portal and Hita closed it behind us. I smiled, "Glad to see the light for once!"

Hita nodded, "Yeah. Now let's find Bree and Shim!"

Rockett's P.O.V.

The moon was starting to rise in the twilight sky as Midnight and I sat across from each other, only the fire separating us.

Midnight watched me curious, "So... Sisters, huh?"

I nodded, "Yeah... How much do you know about the Boomers?"

"Not much... What exactly is the 'Boomer Legacy'?" She asked.

I sighed, "Guess you deserve to know... You see, as Yvetal's Curse pretty much explains, the Boomer family has carried a gene that gives us a strange craving to destroy and kill. But it didn't really get bad until our great grandfather realized that bombing was the perfect way to satisfy the cravings. He thought that the more blood and guts, the better, and he had a talent for creating bombs as well. He found it as a gift. He found this talent of his so special, he decided to pass it down to our Grandfather. Now grandpa was a real psycho. If he got mad, millions paid in their lives. No one could stop him. If they tried, he'd blow them up. The only one who could ever stop him was Grandma, who calmed him down with... Stuff... Anyhow, he passed it down to his two sons, our fathers. Shane, the older one, was always the more controlling of the brothers."
