Chapter 9

"Really you want me to be one your brides Maides?" "Of course Bekah were family now arent we?" I smiled at her. "I should really go find Nik, we have to go and tell my family and make arrangements." She nodded her head in agreement.

I went downstairs to find Nik painting a picture of the most beautiful place... "Where is that?" I ask curiously. "Well that love, is one of the worlds finest places to offer great food, great culture, great art, and music. That is Rome. Perhaps one day I can take you there."

"I would very much like that Nik." He smiles at me and then picks me up and sits me on his lap, and traces butter fly kisses all the way down my neck to my collarbone. I turn my body to face him, and I kiss him, and he kisses me back,

"You know darling you got to stop doing that to me." I blandly stare at him "Doing what?" I ask innocently. "You know what." He says "Do not act so innocent." I stand up and say "We have to go tell my mother and father we wish to be married , I do not want them to worry why I have been gone so long."

"Okay love we shall go then." We step outside and he picks me up bridal style and runs, I feel the wind whipping my face, he does not stop running until we are at my house.

I bite my lip nervously as we both walk threw the front door. "Mother? Where are you we have a visitor and we need to have a talk." She steps into the dining room and quickly curtsied realizing Niklaus is with me, I bite my lip from holding my laughter within.

"Lord Niklaus.. How may I be of service." I'm still a little shocked considering she called him (lord) "Actually we needed to speak to both you and your husband is Mitchell here?" I heard Nik say.

My moms nods her head and leaves to go get my father. I starts biting my nails I look up and Nik gives me a reassuring smile. My father walks in my stomach drops to my toes. "Umm shall we sit father?" I heard myself say but I barely recognized my voice.

We all sit down.
