Aigoo~ It's almost winter. You thought as you grabbed your sweater before heading out. Wow, it's almost winter but it's warm out.

"Where shall I go today on this fine weather?" You said when you took a step outside. "Wow! It smells and feels nice!"

You locked your door and walked out into your neighborhood. Eveytime someone said hello to you, you would bow politely and keep walking. Should I go to a park? Or go to a cafe?

"The cafe sounds lovely."

You looked up from the sidewalk and met eyes with your schoolmate, Mark.

"Haha, was I talking out loud?"

"A bit yeah"

You laughed and he joined you on your walk to the cafe.

"Seems like you wanted to enjoy the nice weather to?"

"Nope just wanted to do homework at the library"

"Wh-"

"I'm kidding. Of course I want to enjoy the nice weather today." You said while laughing at Mark's surprised face.

"Look. I may be smart in school but I'm totally different outside of it."

"Yeah, I can see it now. In school, you wear glasses and always carry books with you. And everytime I see you around, you're either doing early homework or writing something on the board for us."

You chuckled since this is your guys first meeting outside of school.

"Do you stalk me? Cause I'm pretty sure that no one is around when I do those things."

"Nope not a stalker. Just a popular boy hanging out with the nerd from school"

You shot him a glare before he even started laughing.

" But now that I see you without your glasses, you are more beautiful..." Mark muttered under his breath.

It may seem as if you and Mark are very close friends, but you're actually not. You guys just know each other from your fathers.

"What was that?"

"So which cafe should we go to?" He changed the subject.

"Oh I know that one awesome cafe 4 blocks from here! We should go to that one!!"

Mark nodded and chuckled at your childish side. Since you guys stopped hanging out, he hasn't seen your kiddy side in such a long time. He found himself missing you a lot these days.

"But wait... It's 4 blocks from here?" He asked.

"Of course. But don't worry, it's not really that far if you think about it."

"4 blocks is too much for me (Y/n)!"

"Says the guy who ran around the track 11 times and won 1st place in most of our school competitions. But thanks for those medals!"
