I replied with yes to Coles message! I'm so excited!!! EEEEPP!!!

Oh and it was just a typical day at school. Lets skip explaining what happened in classes and move straight to lunch! (No physics in the morning so no gossip there)

Lunch time came and Dakota and Desi met me at my locker. We moved to sit where the cheerleaders are and the girls welcomed Dakota with cheerful smiles. (Dakota normally goes to the library to study and we study with her. 

Jet stood up with his head low. Everyone at my table froze in silence.

"I have to go"

Jets voice came out low and stubborn. What's his problem? After all this time you would think that we would still be friends.

Jet abruptly walked away with his tray and sat by himself on a distant table. He was staring at someone. I looked off in the direction that he was staring to find his glare gazed upon Cole. Why does he hate Cole?!

I couldnt leave him on his own. Before I could get up to move to him Desi grabbed my wrist and pulled me down. 

"Leesh! Leesh! Leesh!"

"yes, yes, yes"

"Hey! Anyway, we need to organise my birthday party! It's coming up soon!!"

Crap I completely forgot! That's not like me! I guess I've had so much on.

"What were you thinking Desi?"

"I want a massive party! Dad said he would pay for it all, even the drinks!"

"Cool! Free drinks! Are you gonna have a theme for your big 18th?"

"I was thinking masquerade. We all come in masks and no one knows who anyone is!"

"How will you know that they arent party crashers? How will you find me?"

"Oh right... Ummm... Hmmm... Oh that right! There will be a list at the door! And you can tell people who you are, plus i'll still know it's you!"

We both giggled. Dakota decided to pitch in.

"Hey I have this really cool program for making invites!"

"I'll come over tonight after cheer! I need your assistance too Leesh!"

Oh no. To choose between my best friend and my crush. Crap

"Cole sorta asked me to hang out with him tonight, I guess I could blow it off."

My voice came out desperate, more than I hoped it would. I really don't wanna miss this opportunity.

"Hey Leesh that's awesome! You'll have to tell us all about it! Dakota and I can handle things for now, I'll give you a buzz if I need any help"

Both the girls smiled at me. I couldn't ask for two better friends.

English class, back to Hamlet. Also my class where I have no friends. Time to finally be a normal teenager and study hard!

"Leeshy, come sit next to me."

That husky voice, oh Cole please keep talking. Oh wait, he asked me to sit next to him, I better go. I walked over to the chair next to him very slowly and sat down. I looked up to see his bright happy face, it radiated with warmth. He's so cute!
