If he were being honest, Evan hadn't been getting much sleep lately. He'd been loaded with homework from every single class while also trying to balance all the scholarship essays his mom wanted him to do. And he hadn't been getting enough sleep because of it. Connor began to take notice.
"Evan, you seem really tired," he said as the boy started to doze off on his couch, jerking his head up and snorting when spoken to. "You can take a nap if you need to." Evan shook his head, starting to sit up. Connor placed a hand on his chest, gently pushing him into a laying position. "It's okay if you need to sleep Evan," his lips quirked up, "I won't leave."
Evan smiled and leaned into him, resting his head on his chest. Connor placed a hand on his back, lightly tracing circles over the skin. Evan began to giggle sweetly, hiding his face in his chest. "Ihihit tickles," he managed to say.
Connor grinned down at him, "You're too adorable for words." Evan blushed, hiding his face even more. "Nohoho I'm not. I'm a-hahahihihi," his words dissolved into precious laughter, unable to speak. "You're what? Tired? Too ticklish for your own good?" he teased, wiggling his fingers against his side. Evan could only laugh, soon falling into much needed sleep.
