Zyplai's POV

It was almost 7:30 and Shen was freaking out. She knows what she's wearing, who's she's with (obviously), but has no idea where's she's going.

Brad had told her to wear casual clothes so she decided on a blue shirt with a picture of Hanzo on it with blue jeans.

Brad smiled at her choice of attire and told her to wait in the car as he finishes getting his stuff ready. Confused, Shen walked outside and did as told.

Once the door shut Brad ran down the hallway, and turned into his room. He went into his underwear drawer and got something he'll need later tonight.

After he grabbed the mystery object he ran back to the door, opened it calmly and went to the car.

Shen's POV

Brad handed me a bandana. Why would I need this? Maybe it's a kink. Woah brain, first date....calm yourself.

"May I ask what the heck will I be using this for?"

He smiled at me and started to laugh. Yeah Brad just confuse me more why don'tcha.

"Its a surprise so you need to wear it so you don't know where we are going." He said after he was done laughing and my stupidity.

My mouth formed a 'O' as I understood what he meant. Why on the other hand, that's still weird.

It's a surprise dumby.

Yeah I know, but I don't like surprises.

I tie the bandana around my head and cover my eyes. After a while, probably Brad making sure I can't see, the car started and we were off to wherever the hell we were going.

After a while the car ride started to get bumpy. Like we were headed off road. It sounds like, dirt?

I thought the readers wanted a restaurant!

What?!

Hm? Oh, nothing!

Okay?

I felt a little more pressure on my chest. Weird. It feels like, like we're speeding up. And then boom!

He slams on his breaks sending me foward.

"Damn ducks having to cross the road. We're already late!" I heard Brad say. Does he think I'm sleeping? "Don't worry Shen," Yeah he does! And it's so cute. "It'll all be worth it."

What will?! Ugh. Sigh. Why doesn't Brad open up to me like this when I'm awake. Why does he have to be the 'douche' of the group.

The car come to a slow stop. Guess we are here. I'm about to reach to take the bandana off and Brad smacks my hand.

"No peaking M'Lady" I heard him say

"Come on Brad let me looooook!" I don't like surprises. AND HE KNOWS THAT!

"Nope" he replied popping the 'P'.

Zyplai's POV

Brad went over and got Shen out of the car. She held his hand as he walked through the path, trying his best to make sure she doesn't hurt herself accidently on a random branch or something.

Once they arrive at their destination Brad takes off Shen's bandana and she gasps.

In front of her was a table with a green silk cloth over it. She saw two plates covered with lids hiding whatever was underneath. What surprised her the most was the custom made candle in the middle.

It was Brad holding Shen's hand as she pulls back an arrow using a golden bow. The interesting part was it was on its side and the fire was burning through the arrow.

She was nearly in tears. Nobody has ever done something that romantic for her in....ever!

She hugged Brad tightly and kissed his cheek.

"How?!" She asked gesturing to the date.

"Oh I had a little help." He smiled as he points to the truck not off in the distance.

It was Muselk's. Or Oasis's. Eh who knows.

Brad pulled out her chair and she gladly took her seat. After he took his seat she lifted the lid. She smiled.

It was Bratwurst. Her favorite.

"Neptune gave me pointers" he laughed.

She smiled. She'll have to thank her later.

After they were done eating Brad pulled a little box out of his pocket. Shen looked at him confused.

He got out of his seat and walked over to her.

"I know it's our first date but I got this for you."

She opened the box and smiled.

It was a heart with a Hanzo bow and McCree gun through it. She turned it over and there was writing.

What started out as a meme turned into one of the best moments in my life

She started to lightly cry. It was beautiful. Brad took it out and put it on for her. Moving her golden locks she put it around her neck.

"As long as you love me promise me you won't take this off, well unless you're showering. I don't want it to rust."

She grasped the charm.

"I promise"

They leaned in as they shared a passionate kiss as the candle went out.

*Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while. Sports are crazy.

I hope you enjoyed the chapter. It isn't a long chapter but it isn't short so I think it's pretty good as it is.
