Oh great river, you are oh so calmYour water flows like a soothing song
You waters so gentle, so serene and pure
To many a diseases, you are the cure
But along your waters, following your stream
Following the soothing water gleam
There I will see where the water rages
With an anger like beasts in cages
Splash, fwoosh, and some pitter patter
If flowed any stronger, it'd be like a disaster
How fast the current is, how treacherous your waters
The kind of waters that would make anyone shutter
Oh great river, you are oh so wild
For you are both wrathful and mild
