Avery shakes her head laughing at Louis' antics while going up the stairs to head to Mr. Payne's class for help.

Despite what Louis said she really did need help since he is giving her class a test. When she reaches the top of the stairs, she turns around the railing and goes by Liam's classroom.

His door is wide open but the lights happen to be off. Is he in there? She looks around for him while clutching her bookbag strap to her shoulder.

She finds him staring at her while sitting at his desk and she gasps but comes into the classroom, dropping her bookbag by her desk seeing that she might not be going back to Community Health.

"Hey Avery," she looks over at him to see him watching her. "Did you study for the test next period?"

"No," she shakes her head with a slight smile and his eyes widen a bit. "I don't need to study because I know I'll do good."

He laughs which feels weird for him because he hasn't been really laughing much these past days.

"Confidence, I like it!" She laughs nodding her head but shakes it soon later.

"So you do need help for the test next period?" She nods and he turns around at his desk for a pen and a piece of printer paper. He looks back at her and shakes his head.

"I take back my confidence comment," she gasps making her mouth drop a bit while he laughs. He smiles then it drops when he remembers why she's here again.

"What did you need help with?" She walks over to his desk while he waits on her answer. She lets out a deep breath she didn't know she was holding.

"Pretty much everything," she laughs and he cracks a smile. "Like okay I know the first few steps but then later on I get confused."

"Okay well here," he sits down at an empty desk. "Pull up a desk beside me." She does just that and climbs into the desk close beside him.

He writes down a problem onto the blank piece of paper with green ink. "Alright what I do?" She bites her lip while he watches her expectantly.

"Okay I know you factor that right?" He nods and works it out the way she told him to.

She smells coffee under his breath when he speaks again, "Okay now what do I do?" He notices her blank stare so he continues.

"You have to multiply these two," he draws a line between the first number and the third number.

"Now somehow you use two numbers to add them up to this number," he points to the number between the other two numbers in the equation with the top of his pen.

"Wouldn't it be 5 and 2?" He nods working the problem out, explaining to her while she nods.

"Do you really understand it?" She nods again and he gives her an unsure expression but chooses to ignore it. If she still needs help then she'll have to ask.
