Me and Brett walks in the Cafeteria holding hands and laughing. Brett just told me a joke that made literally no sense.

Hanging out with Brett is a lot different than hanging out with Corey. Hanging with Brett feels like I'm hanging with a best friend which is someone I need.

We both agreed not to do anything that would make the other uncomfortable because the end game to this is to try to get back at the person we are trying to make jealous.

He swings our hands as we walked. The cafeteria was surprisingly full. We stop walking as we look for a seat.

I end up making eye contact with Corey. I quickly turn to Brett who was eyeing some girl.

"He's looking at us" I whisper to Brett.

"She's looking too." He says to me

We choose to walk to the lacrosse table. We end up sitting across from Liam and Hayden.

Hayden smiles at us as we sat down bit Liam was currently having an argument with Stiles about some movie so I doubt he noticed our presence.

I knew Corey was already looking and I can tell he isn't happy that I'm with Brett.

"How's the cutest couple at school doing?" Hayden ask with a smirk.

Hayden's the only one I told about me and Brett's relationship thing.

"Cutest couple?"

A girl with a camera in her hand looks at me and Brett. This is Sydney, the girl who takes photos for the school.

Hayden nod.

"You don't know about Brason?" She ask

Sydney shakes her head no

"But I though Morey was still together?" She ask

"Not anymore. Morey's dead now." Hayden says

Sydney smiles.

"Can I get a photo of you two?" She ask me and Brett.

"Sure." I said

Brett wraps his arm around my shoulders and Sydney snaps the picture.

"Thanks." She says walking away

Brett looks at me as Hayden.

"Quick question. What's Brason?" He ask

I give him a look.

"Are you serious? Is your brain working or not?" I ask jokingly

He only smiles

"It's you and Mason, obviously." Hayden says

Brett seems to be in deep though before his eyes widened.

"I forgot to get our food. I'll be right back." He says getting up from the table and going to the line, falling in the process.

I laugh as he tries to play the fall off.

"He's awesome." I say through a fit of laughter

Hayden arches a brow

"Are you saying you like him?" She ask

The smile never left my face but I shake my head no.

"He's like the best friend I never had. And I already told you, I still like what's his face." I say

She giggles

"You mean Corey."

I shush her

"Not so loud. He's literally sitting at the same table which means be can probably hear us." I say

She smirks.

It wasn't long before Brett came back with a tray of food.

"Okay, so I brought you fries and pizza because I highly doubt you would've wanted those dry chicken nugget they were serving. And I got you orange juice because that's your favorite." He said

I smile and look at Hayden who winks at me. I also notice Corey staring at us again. Brett sits down next to me.

"You are literally the best frie-boyfriend ever." I say

Brett laughs at my mistake. I hit him in the arm.

"It's not funny." I mumble

He laughs again and wrap his arm around me.

"I know it's not funny. It cute." He says

I felt my face heat up a bit and Liam rolls his eyes.

"Some of us are trying to eat here." He says throwing some of our fries at me and Brett.

"That's how we feel when you and Hayden makeout everyday." I say

"First off it isn't everyday." Hayden says

"Okay." Brett says sarcastically

We begin to eat and that when the one and only Nathan comes over to the table. He walks over to Corey and shakes his hand.

I furrow my brows

"When did they become friends." I ask Brett

He only shrugs

I hear Nathan groan.

"When did this loser start sitting at this table?" He asked referring to me

I smile

"How ya doing Nathan?" I ask

"Don't smile at me, Hewitt. We aren't friends." He says

I chuckle.

"Nathan, just because I'm smiling doesn't mean I don't want to hit you in the face." I say removing the smile from my face.

"And trust me, I would never want to be your friend."

I turn from him and continued eating.

"You know I was just about to say something but it seems like you can take care of yourself." Brett says

I turn to him with a smirk

"Have I ever told you I am a bit of a savage."
